“Hello, I wanted to write in to share my experience at Sono Bello. First of all this was a really tough decision for me to go ahead with having the procedure done, partly out of fear of the unknown, and partly out of guilt for spending a big chunk of money on myself. Through a lot of thought and many phone calls to Sono Bello with more questions, I decided to go through with it.

The staff was truly incredible! Michelle is very knowledgeable and assured me that she would go out of her way to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. She truly made me feel like a long lost friend, her sincerity, desire to help, and energy was and still is very contagious! Amanda and Jessica both pretty much knew who I was by the sound of my voice whenever I called in, because I had so many questions and concerns prior to the procedure. Both of them were truly amazing, they made me feel like family as well. On my first procedure date, I met with Nancy, who took me in and went over everything in detail. She helped me with everything I needed from final questions, to holding my hand and talking to me during the procedure…and everything in between.

Last but not least, Dr. Zingaro is an amazing doctor. He is very sincere and down to earth with a comforting bedside manor. I could tell right away that he had plenty of experience to back his confident demeanor. He answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly which helped to ease my apprehension. “Dear Michelle, I want to thank all of you at Sono Bello Sacramento. Frankly, I cannot believe I am saying this because I was absolutely petrified at the thought of having liposuction under local anesthesia, however, all of you were right. There was no pain! When it was over I was shocked the time had passed so quickly.

As I told you, I honestly thought I would have to live with the changes my body had undergone due to menopause.
