This is the first time I have ever considered having a procedure like this done, and I have to say it was a good experience from the first contact to the procedure and follow-ups. All of the staff was great and easy to talk to-very personable. I had done some research on this kind of procedure and still had some questions; Kay answered my questions and put my mind at ease. Jessica and Amanda were on top of follow up calls and emails, making communication easy. Dr. Zingaro was professional and personable all at the same time. He explained what would happen, what I would feel and even did a follow-up call himself. Nancy conducted the first follow-up appt. and took everything into consideration and got me a new compression garment! All in all, the whole experience has been great-seriously. No problems, no judgment, just straight forward information.

I came in to bring a friend in for a procedure. While she was in surgery I had a consultation and went and ended up booking a procedure myself. I was very nervous then about having it done as I had sort of rushed in. However, I am very pleased with the entire experience so far! The procedure itself was a breeze, recovery has been easy and fast and I can already see a positive difference. My doctor had an excellent bed-side manner and was knowledgeable and skilled. Finally,the staff was most friendly and helpful. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Going in for my first appointment I expected a quick “shop” answer on why I should consider the procedure and maybe get a few brochures. I was impressed that the staff took the time to sit down and listen to my concerns, assess my needs and suggest the best procedure. On the day of my procedure, the staff made me feel very comfortable, they explained every step of the procedure and answered all of my questions. The doctor was awesome, I couldn’t even remember having pain during the procedure.

My experience turned out better than I could have hoped. From the front desk staff to the actual doctor, everyone was so friendly and helpful. It’s easy to see that they all really do care. Any questions were quickly and completely answered.
