The moment Brooke decided to change her life was the moment she, “… got winded trying to sing my favorite song”. Her transition started with a new workout regimen 6 days a week, plus a completely new healthy diet. Even with all that, she still wasn’t seeing the results she wanted and instead it left her feeling constantly tired and hungry.

From working at Sono Bello Scottsdale, she knew that everyone had stubborn areas and she was ready to get rid of hers.
