Matt Got the Sculpted Chest and Abs of his Dreams

As a healthy young man fresh out of graduate school, Matt was in a good place in his life. He had lots of friends, a loving family, and excellent career prospects. The only thing that he was consistently unhappy with – the only thing really holding him back from living his life to the fullest – was his weight.  

Matt had struggled to keep his body fat under control for years.
