Dr. Kouris is a board-certified aesthetic plastic surgeon who has practiced in Chicago, Illinois and the surrounding suburbs for over 20 years. While holding a full-time academic faculty position at Rush University Medical Center from 2004-2022 in addition to his private plastic surgery practice, Dr. Kouris has taught and trained the next generation of plastic surgeons in the fundamental principles and concepts of plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is committed to remaining at the forefront of the plastic surgery industry and uses his clinical knowledge and vast plastic surgery experience to do so. Dr. Kouris has dedicated his career to applying his knowledge, expertise and artistic skill to improve the lives of the patients he works with. As each patient is uniquely different, Dr. Kouris believes that a fundamentally sound surgical plan needs to be tailored to the individual needs of each patient. It begins with careful listening and a thorough examination during the initial consultation followed by thoughtfully communicating and educating each patient with the purpose of establishing realistic goals and expectations for each patient. Dr. Kouris treats and cares for each patient as he would his own family and takes pride in providing comfort, expert care, safety and support for each of his patients throughout their plastic surgery journey.
