“From the very first consult with Wendy to gather info and get the ball rolling, to all the post op videos they send out each week, this has been a great experience.
I wish I had done this a decade ago. But then again, years ago the procedure may not have been as easy as it is now. The fact that you aren't "put under" made the decision easier for me. I chit chatted with the team through the whole procedure!
There is tenderness and soreness for a couple of weeks after, but I got by with extra strength tylenol. I found there was no need for the pain meds. But everyone is different and some may need them.
I am claustrophobic to a degree and became very anxious as to whether I would be able to tolerate the compression garment required after the procedure. They had me come in to try it on so I could test it out. That, and the kind words from Wendy (office mgr?) and Sarah (the nurse) helped ease me away from the edge of cancelling.
I can't tell you how glad I am that I did this for myself. I'm no 40 year old (actually 64), but who doesn't want to look good at any age?
I'm excited to see the final results in 3-6 months. So far I'm incredibly pleased and it's only been 3.5 weeks!
Thank you to Dr. Dawson and the staff at Buffalo Sono Bello who have helped me get the tummy I've wanted for a long, long time.
I would add that you will want to wear dark colored bra and panties at your consult with the Dr. He will use a marker to show you the area where he will be working, and it rubs off on material. Had I known…🤷🏼♀️”

“Before I get into my details, I did go to the Facebook ad. I did call the 800 number I did talk to Customer service on two separate occasions and ask are the services combined or separate. I was told they are separate. Double billing for the same services. I wanted a Sonobello AbEX, which includes maximum abdominal fat removal and excess skin removal, and they still charged me for upper and lower liposuction which is included in the AbEX. And when I caught it after watching videos on their YouTube channel about the procedure, which stated from their chief surgeon Dr Chris Chung MD who explained the procedure in detail, Sonobello AbEX they wouldn’t honor it. They just gave me a refund. The total price that they charged me with $11,757.56 for the procedure I needed and wanted would’ve just totaled $6,229.95. My deposit and refund was in the amount of $6462.56 The deposit was more than the whole procedure. My patient care consultant was Shannon Lubeski she seemed very nice, as she pulled the wool over my eyes. My Recovery package, I was charged $927.44. She never told me I had an option. Shannon charged me for the most expensive package, she never offered me the diamond recovery package. Which would have only cost me $399. The reviews were good but it’s highway robbery when they overcharging people and know. When speaking with Wendy Miller who is the practice manager we watched their YouTube video together and read the advertisement on the folder that they sent me home with all my paperwork in. Wendy said there’s nothing I can do. Let me go talk to Dr Konrad Dawson MD and see if he’ll just do the AbEX without the up charge it’s his call. She came back and said no, and apologized and gave me a full refund. Everything I’m saying is documented and all conversations were recorded”
