The doctor has a professional attitude. He listened to me, made Suggestions based off of the Contour I was going for. The Procedure.
Went extremely well. If you think your going in to get work done and your not going to feel Absolutely anything. Then your wrong. It's not Unbearable. You feel what's going on. Yet your body is num. I had two children and my body has gone through life, so I'm tough. I am one day out of surgery. And feel amazing. Sore but I am walking around and eating and feeling about 70% better! I can't believe how great I feel just after one day!! And I had to change my pads around my waist this morning. Wow I have no belly!! I look fantastic! And that's with swelling! Thank you Dr. Dutton for taking such great care for my. I appreciate it!”

“Beware of Charleston location, we had procedure done there and do not take responsibility for any issues. We had procedure split into 3 parts. When we did first visit, my wife was awake through much of the procedure and could feel all the pain. We contacted Steward the manager to make sure this would be fixed for the remaining 2 visits. He said they did nothing wrong, it is what it is and she may feel the same pain. That is a lot of money to pay to be tortured.”

The nurse are amazing but I think they are trained to talk about this doctor like he sooo amazing that it feels rehearsed my experience with him was the worse no bed manners at all they keep saying he cares about the patient that he got and award from the Queen that to many people don’t get that award ( that’s there selling point so cloud be like OMG HE’S GOT TO BE THE BEST) I felt for that, specifically when the put the paper that they use to put on the bed when you bleed on your face I was already crying (but not scream, not moving so the staff could get hurt that including him and the nurse, not acting like a crazy person like some cases they keep saying that happened sometimes) but because of the pain wish I new that would happen but I could not breathed with that in my face and he takes it of and say if you don’t stop crying I’m going to stop the surgery like I was I five year and when he was done he was like ok your done I’ll call you tomorrow to see how feeling no emotion 🖤 like there you go good luck.
All I could say do your research be very aware of this place specially with the doctor that they have there. You don’t have options like the one in Columbia SC that I should have went there instead. Now I feel like the group that when you do the research and the first thing that come up the nightmares at SONÓ BELLO! Be aware very aware!”

“I can't stress enough how wonderful the level of kindness, professionalism, and care the medical staff has here. It almost brings me to tears how well I've been treated. Natalie my pre-op nurse was attentive and answered all of my questions. On the day of my procedure, from the time that I entered the office, Stuart was so welcoming and made sure my husband was situtated while he waited. Moriah and LaLa were great about drawing blood from me. I'm scared of needles and they took great care of me. Moriah talked to me to distract me. Essence and Valary were so comforting and encouraging during the procedure making me laugh and holding my hand when things got just a little uncomfortable. They sent me home with everything that I needed for post care even writing me the sweetest notes to read the next day. Finally, Dr. Dutton was amazing. During my pre-op appointment he took his time went through my chart and answered all of my questions. During the procedure he was careful and attentive and even called me on Saturday (the day after my procedure) to make sure that I was okay. That level of attentiveness is not common in this day and age. He even spoke with my husband after the procedure to assure him that all went well and what to do afterwards. I'm in awe of their level of customer service and would recommend them to anyone!”

-Technically this is week 2, but the hurricane threw a monkey wrench. I would say I am satisfied with my revision. I know that my doctor thought that everything looked beautiful but from my perspective it was not. These results so far are absolutely amazing. 👏🏿 My nurse for appointments, Essence, is A1. I love her and her spirit so much. She is full of light and a great advocate. You'll adore her! I had a new nurse for my check up, Lala, and even then Essence checked in on me. I appreciated that and the familiarity. Lala was wonderful too and made me feel really comfortable. It's amazing for me to run across relatable nurses on top of great customer service!

-I still have swelling of course with it only being a week (15 Dec 23), but I can see the difference and I look good! Down time will depend on your level of comfortability, but I am up and moving.I will post pictures after my 1 month or 3 month post op.

The staff were welcoming and the vibe was nice. The person at the front desk, Tiffany, was very sweet and helpful with any questions and paperwork. My initial consultation was with Sarah and she was such a gem. She made me feel comfortable with my decision to do something finally for me and showed me pictures of past procedures the Dr. had done. Jessica and Lee, both RNs, were "bomb af" lol
They were very personable, helpful, and most of all welcoming. They just may be my favorite🥰. Dr. Dutton, surgeon, did my procedure and gave me recommendations, which I am glad I took. Last but not least, Nadia. I had issues with medication due to me being from Ga and not being able to get narcotics. She was calm and made me feel calm. I was able to get my meds filled at a 24 hr almost immediately. Thank you to everyone and see you soon!

“I am 9 weeks post op and love the new me! ~ I showed up for my March 12th appointment and was told all the greatness this procedure would bring me. I informed them I was getting married May 18, 2024. Her immediate response was "NO PROBLEM." I would need to wear my compression garment everyday until the day of. Surgery was scheduled exactly one week later. March 19th was the BIG day. I was so excited I never asked what the procedure consisted of or anything about aftercare. (They did inform me every step of the way, but I heard nothing over the excitement of finally doing something for myself) Procedure was a success. I could not believe my eyes at my 1 week appointment.

“Had my Trusculpt done in January. Had my 3 month visit the other day. Was not happy as no change as I was told and I'm a small person. Less than 120 that it wasn't fat but loose skin. I was told by there consultant Jackie as I asked about that as concerned because I'm older. She said no you won't have a problem your little. Well now it looks worse than before. There resolution was to give me 4 Venus treatments to make up for it! I was told and read the BBB this happens a lot by these consultants that want to make a quick sale and to get that price you have only one day to decide. The staff and nurse Jessica are fabulous. Not there fault that the consultants tell you lies. I advise you to go to a regular plastic surgeon but don't go here. I'm going to turn this into the BBB also as this is wrong how the company let's these people misrepresent the client as there not doctors and have no idea how or what you need to do. Stay away and do your research.”

“I am 9 days post op and experienced the most excruciating constipation this morning. My discomfort started at 615am and didn't end until 1142am. I sent an email to Sonobello around 9am with all my information prior to my surgery on 3/19 with the start of stool softeners on 3/18 and religiously taking the recommended amount every day. They replied within 10mins with a concerned call and questions to give me some advice on what I could do get relief. I had already tried what Courtney suggested and she stated she would get with Dr Dutton and get back to me as soon as she could but be advised he is in surgery. Even though it took 2hrs to get back to me, I finally gave birth (exactly the pain I felt.. lol) right before the call. Pleased with the time it took to get back to me BOTH times is an understatement. The advice they gave me in moving forward in hopes this won't happen again was much appreciated.

“I’m currently at the Pre-Op stages but I couldn’t wait to give them the accolades they deserve. From the moment I walked thru the doors into the reception area, to my consult with my Patient Care Coordinator, Ciara, I knew then I had come to the right place! My next appointment was a meeting with the nurse and Dr. Dutton. Rest assured when I left that consult I knew I had made the right decision. It’s not easy to stand before strangers nearly naked and they not judge or be critical about your problem areas. He put me at ease and drew me a vision (literally) with a purple marker on how he would reshape and enhance the curves I’m not so fond of. When I left my consult I was stoked and can’t wait for my upcoming procedure. If you are on the bubble about making that transformation, I encourage you to visit the Charleston, SC Sono Bello. They are truly a “judgement free” facility!”
