“The experience was excellent. The procedure went very well; the preop prep and the surgery were explained clearly, well planned. No adverse events or unanticipated issues with the procedure. The information provided via videos for the two days post surgery was helpful. Dr. Miller reached out to check on my status, answer questions and provide availability if any questions. There was also a follow up call by a nurse. The expertise and care are amazing. I highly recommend this team.”

“After I posted the following below a couple of representatives, one local one from the home office, called to apologize and set up another appointment,which I went to today. This appointment was what I would expect it to be,very apologetic and professional. After meeting with Devine I'm moving forward. I was very satisfied with the location and consultation. I've changed my star rating. Thank you reaching out and correcting the issue.

I had an appointment today for a consultation. Arrived 10 minutes early to get the paperwork out of the way (why do you want my SSN? I don't think so!). 35 minutes after my supposed appointment time I'm still sitting in the waiting room, no acknowledgement that they're running late or any communication whatsoever. If you're running late or double booked SAY SOMETHING! what a major disappointment especially after driving almost 50 minutes to get there. The staff's reaction was very poor with only a "the consultant has you're paperwork so it shouldn't be too long now". Unless you have all day to sit in the waiting room to find out how expensive it's going to be, I'd find someone else.”

“I am 2 months post procedure. I had Abex. Dr. Flagg and nurse Tiffany. They were great and made me feel comfortable and I was confident in their capabilites.

First, I'd like to say I did my research and determined this was what was best for me. Even after reading all of the bad reviews. Now that I have completed most of the process, I know the people who wrote the bad reviews did not do their research or did not do what they were told.

It is not overnight, and it's perfect. There are things that you have to do post procedure for best results.

💯 this is worth it! The price, the recovery time, the results. I recommend doing it. The sooner you do it the more the return on your investment!

Again: most of the bad reviews are people that did not do their homework.

Also, I did not like the consultation. It's like dealing with a car salesman. Turns you off to it. But I decided to ignore that experience because I wanted this.”

“The three stars is me being generous. I had Dr. Flagg I think was his name. Black guy, bald head, unpleasant demeanor and attitude. He told me that he couldn’t remove the breast tissue around my armpits because it would grow back, now when I look back he was being lazy, I got a second opinion and I was told liposuction would’ve been the best way to remove it. The 3 hour procedure with was cut in half, he didn’t do a thorough job and honestly I’m not pleased about it, especially my stomach, which is a little lumpy.”

“From my initial visit to my one week postop appointment the staff at Sonobello has been wonderful. They readily answer questions and repeatedly ask if I understand. There are nuances that they want to make sure you understand before making this decision.
As for my results, I am visibly trying starting to see a difference (It has been 16 days since my procedure and most of the swelling has gone down) I am told the actual results can take approximately four months and based on my own research, this is pretty standard.
I also appreciated  the recommendations I’m drinking lots of water and doubling your protein intake to help with healing. To anyone considering the procedure this is highly recommended. I also add to get plenty of Sleep, as this helps with recovery as well.
I would definitely recommend Sono Bello. ”

“June 1st made a year since I had my procedure. I had Lipo360 on my upper and lower stomach, love handles and back bra roll. I did see a difference immediately after the procedure but I noticed after the swelling went down around weeks 8-10 I felt and saw the areas fatty again. At my 6 month follow up I did mention to my surgeon that I was unhappy with certain areas and my back bra roll area looked as if nothing was done on one side cuz it was lopsided. I hadn't gained weight after my procedure and I did the massages and wore my faja for 16 weeks instead of the recommended 8 hoping it would help. There's clearly still fat in the treated areas and at that 6 month appointment I was told to lose weight and go to the gym 4-5 days a week. After spending almost $7k to be told to go the gym I was extremely irritated. If I had the time to be in the gym 5 days a week I wouldn't have needed this procedure and saved my money. I had lost 20 lbs before I decided to consider Lipo360 because my weight loss had plateaued for months. They say they have a customer satisfaction guarantee to touch up any area after you are healed. However, they do everything to not have to re-do or fix anything that you are not satisfied with. I'm only about 60% satisfied with my results and I hope anyone that is looking into having Lipo360 doesn't have the same experience. F.Y.I. I'm not a big person, I'm 5'2 and weiged 164 lbs the day of my procedure and I'm currently 150 lbs.”

I’ve had a good experience with my over all surgery but by 3 months I could see areas of concerns which I brought up at my follow ups and was informed I had to wait until my 6 month visit to address with doctor. Just had my 6 month visit and addressed the areas that were lumpy, uneven, and areas where I had noticeable fat that was not removed particularly my upper abdomen. I brought this concern up and basically was told even though I have lumps, left fat and uneven parts I looked good for post op and even if a revision was done to even out problem areas it wouldn’t be much so it was basically like they didn’t want to it. I left extremely upset I paid all this money to get great results with the expectation of If I wasn’t happy and there were areas that could be addressed they would at the 6 month visit. My lipo areas are not completely horrible I do and can see the difference but to take my hand and run it down my stomach only to feel lumps and uneven areas and knowing it’s not going to be fixed makes me feel like it was a complete waste of so much money and now Im just expected to just be ok with it. Not very happy.”

They took the time to thoroughly explain the steps of the procedures both at my pre-op and again the day of my procedures. Tiffanie was warm and supportive throughout the procedure given me words of comfort and support throughout.

The after care has been excellent. Dr. Flagg personally called me to check in on me that evening after my procedure and also returned my phone call regarding a medication question I had which is new to me since doctors usually have a nurse call me back.

I am looking forward to my continued healing and recovery over the next 3 to 6 months and can't wait to see the final results! I would recommend Sono Bello, Dr. Flagg and nurse Tiffanie to everyone.”

“All I can say is that my experience was amazing specifically with Dr Jeffery Flagg and nurse Tiffany. I went in for chin and arm lipo. I did my research on Sono and I have to say, with the mix reviews I wasn’tto sure about this place but they were more affordable than most places I checked. So I decided to shoot my shot and I’ll give you my experience from top to bottom.

First off, for the front staff, I have mixed feelings on their customer service. There are some that will give off a snooty vibe and some that are very pleasant. I had a consultation with a very nice woman named Elizabeth but I will say it felt sorta transactional but I could have misread the vibe. She was willing to work with me on my payment. I paid in full a few weeks later and set my appointment for my pre-op and surgery. Pre-op went well so not much to say there and my nurse even gave me a snack cuz I was hungry and my stomach kept growling lol.

Day of the surgery I was nervous like most I’m sure but I was greeted by a kind male nurse at the door who checked me in and took me back to my room right away.

Btw Tiffany was my nurse and Dr Jeffery Flagg was my surgeon.

I was greeted by Tiffany who went over each and every detail about what I could expect from the surgery that day and was very honest on how the numbing medication injections could be uncomfortable but tolerable based off you pain tolerance. Now I am a big baby with it comes needles of any kind but she reassured me that the doc would take care of me. She even listened to my needs and requests.

So fast forward, the doc comes in and greets me as well as reassured me that he would take care of me. He did his markings and gave me meds to calm my anxiety. we was on our way shortly after that lol.

We go into the surgery room and I was still nervous but Tiffany had music playing and again comforted and assured me that i got this. I was cleaned off and laid down on the operating table.

The doctor begins injecting me with numbing meds that only felt like tiny pinches. He made incisions in the spots that he numb and then went in with the second round of numbing meds which is an even longer needle that goes much deeper to numb the entire area that will have liposuction. He was VERY careful and gentle with the injections and again it only felt like little pinches here and there. He began the lipo after that and listened to me if I express I was uncomfortable in certain areas. I would sing the songs that played to calm my nerves and the doc made jokes and talked to me. At some point I just started to nod off to sleep here and there because there was really little in no pain at all. Once done Tiffany helped me up and took me back to my room to get dressed. She had my friend come into my room who was my ride home and gave us both my after care instructions. I was also given Dr Flagg number incase I needed to contact him with any concerns and was told that he would be calling me later that day to check on me which he did. Tiffany put me in a wheelchair and came all the way with us to the car and helped me in the car.

Sorry for such a long review but I know when I do research on things like this I hardly every see people talk about their experiences and I think it is good to pass detailed information along to others who may be wanting to get surgery and are nervous about finding the right doctor to do it.

Right now I am still swollen since I just had surgery today lol but I will say I can already see a difference in my arms and chin. I can’t wait until the swelling goes down so I can share my final results.

She explained that I had just come from surgery. I was given several doses of narcan. The ER doctor said i had overdosed on all the narcotics they had given me. “I do not normally review but with all of the commercials that Sono Bello puts out and not completely truthful.
I have always complained about my belly since I was 14. I finally decided to get it done this year and almost 50. I was told I was perfect candidate and my skin was perfect. I had no stretch marks just c-section scars. I had it done, went back, they said I was looking good. I had my 4 month check up, which was really 5 and nothing much had changed. I was told I would follow up with my dr at the 6 month and frankly, the nurse seemed annoyed with my unhappiness. I scheduled an appointment only for it to be cancelled twice. When I finally did see the Dr, he said "you need to lose weight" (I went in a size 6). I said I lost 10 lbs. He said Oh ok. He looked at my stomach and asked what was wrong with it. I told him, it was all wavy and my bellybutton was squished. I told him that I was comfortable in a bikini before and now I dont want anyone to see my stomach. He said there wasnt much he could do because there wasnt much fat to take but he could try. I told him that didnt seem like a good choice as its not feasible for me to take time off and do all over again for a "maybe". The dr. said, "lose 5 lbs and come back Ill see if there is anything to be done" Really?? Again, I was a 6 now i am a 2/4 and you made me feel like it was something I did wrong!
I will never go back to him and so anxious about what I look like now.”

“Had an AWFUL experience. I ended up with so many dents that I looked like a potato! I had to go to another doctor for corrective liposuction and now I look GREAT. I do not recommend Sono Bello. They are only about money as each section costs more money. My lower waist was liposuctioned, which left me with a very obvious muffin top...and it definitely showed when I tried to wear form fitting clothes. Instead of Sono Bello wanting you to look good, they charge more for each section. I went to another doctor who corrected all of the mistakes that Sono Bello made AND he also did my back for no extra charge. The staff at Sono Bello overall is very nice, professional and friendly. But I had an experience with one of the nurses who disrobed me while a male nurse was in the room and I was too out of it to complain. He at least had the decency to turn his head. Find you a doctor who wants you to look good and won't nickle and dime you for each section. Sono Bello is only about money and you will definitely have to go back to get corrective surgery! Also, they do the procedure while you are awake and aware. The new place I went to put me under 100% so he can get more done. I wish I had not gone to Sono Bello in the first place.”

“Staff and doctors are very professional and friendly, and I absolutely adored Lucy! The problem is that Sono Bello is out to make money over you looking good. I had a procedure done on my abdomen a few years ago and the doctor did my lower waist, stating my upper waist would be an additional cost. Fast forward, I now have a muffin top because the fat was removed from my lower waist only (which honestly makes no sense) and left in my upper waist. I am having another liposuction procedure done at a different facility. The place that I am going to doesn't charge "per section" like Sono Bello does. They're going to take care of the front, back, sides (including the muffin top) at no additional cost per area. If Sono Bello REALLY wanted you to look good, they would stop being so concerned about the additional cost of the areas and include all areas that matter as long as it isn't in a completely different part of your body. My advice would be to skip Sono Bello and find a place that won't nickel and dime you. The overall goal should be to make you look good. Do your research! I wish I had, and I would not have gone to Sono Bello.”

I’m very petite and have very little fat. My pricing was the same as a woman 3 times taller and 4x more fat that I. No matter what you’ll pay $1795 per section. They give extra discounts and try to make you feel as if they’re doing it just for you when in fact it’s standard procedure. The discounts offered to me amounted to $1700. Although I recognized the sales tactics; the staff was WONDERFUL. Very accommodating and attentive. When I get the procedure; I’m going there.”

She is straight to the point but also very personable, even though we wear a mask you can tell she has a beautiful smile and she lights up their room , her energy is through the roof, and I asked her everything I needed to know about surgery she answered perfectly as the doctor confirmed everything she said was correct. I also asked if she would be in my surgery and she said unfortunately the way it works is we don’t know what surgery they would be in until that day, but truth be told she went and asked if she could be in my surgery and I will tell you my nerves Were gone. When I tell you they are about their patients and comfortability they are about their patients and comfortability. My doctor was Dr. Khawaja, also the best doctor I have ever met. Such a sweet man, and you could tell by the way he talks he cares. “I am soooo happy i decided to get laser-lipo. My doctor was Dr. Flagg. He is amazing 👏🏾. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The nurse was extremely helpful as well. I was in very little pain and laughed throughout the procedure. I was very nervous, especially after watching so many YouTube videos on lipo. I am 3 days post OP and my recovery has been amazing. “So, I went there for a consultation. Every video I watched said pricing depended on your BMI or how much fat you were removing and how many areas. However; I found out that’s not completely true. I’m very petite and have very little fat. My pricing was the same as a woman 3 times taller and 4x more fat that I. No matter what you’ll pay $1795 per section. They give extra discounts and try to make you feel as if they’re doing it just for you when in fact it’s standard procedure. The discounts offered to me amounted to $1700. Although I recognized the sales tactics; the staff was WONDERFUL. Very accommodating and attentive. When I get the procedure; I’m going there.”

“Last year 2020, I consulted with Sheana who scheduled my two part procedure with Dr Bose, which she said was the best. A week before my first procedure Dr Bose wasn’t available, I was given another doctor, Dr P! I’m had a son and then twin girls so I really wanted to remove the stretched skin on my stomach and sides. After first procedure I felt something wasn’t right. I had a pooch above my navel and flat below. Every follow up appointment I keep saying I don’t like the pooch. The staff kept telling me you have a lot of swelling. I wanted my stomach flat above and below my navel. My hopes & dreams was to look like the ladies in the SONOBELLO. I went in for second procedure to remove back & side love handles. Long story short, Love handles are smaller but still there. My surgeon Dr P, said he can correct what I don’t like at his office and gave me his business card on my last visit. I Would Not Recommend this place to any mother who has had twins, triplets etc. My hopes were very high to finally get my body back to how it looked after my first born. I was hoping to be a model for them and show the world my before and after pictures. I’m out of a lot of money and need to go to a real plastic surgeon to do what I thought Sonobello was going to do for me. I’m so disappointed and couldn’t get any money back.”

I just have 2 suggestions. I was shown the wrong garment for woman to wear after surgery so when I asked again if they had a sleeveless and better cut for tops for spring, the gal I saw when I met with the Dr told me that’s what I would be getting the other with sleeves was for the men.
The 2nd is when I made my appt for the surgery. Not realizing it was 2 days before Easter! As I realized this I asked if I should reschedule for the following wk and was assured by 3 different people that I would not be in an uncomfortable situation physically to go out to dinner with family who don’t know I’m doing this. I was told on my last visit that the swelling and uncomfortable physical soreness happens more on the 3rd day.
Looking bk I should have insisted on moving the date to the following wk.
Otherwise thank you for all your help and I’m hoping it will all work out over the weekend.”

“Had my procedure in November. For most of my experience, it was great. I can see results in my treated areas. Went in for my 3 month check up and told them I wasn't happy with my hip area. Thinking that was part of my procedure. Didnt know that it was a different area.. My problem is that I told my consultant my problem areas from stomach to thighs. She helped me figure out what to get done and said this is what I should have done, never said anything about my hips. I did what she said I should do. I had 5 areas done, upper and lower stomach, waist, inner and outer thighs, and paid $7000. They told me if I want to fix that area I would have to pay 3500 more. So now I have to hate how I look. I can't even change pant sizes because I have fat there.”

“Well first off i scheduled my consultation for 11:00am and it was confirmed! The morning of my consultation I received a text sent by they’re automated system saying that my appt was for 10:30 am, so I called and tried to change my appt time and the service says that someone would call me when the office opened up, no call ever called me back, so I called back another time! I called when they opened up and asked if I could come in at my original time which was at 11:00 am I was told no that they were completely book for the rest of the week, so to get three 20% employee discount I had to definitely keep my appointment for today! I explained to the lady that I asked to get off by 10:30 and that I was not off of work yet to come by 10:15am! So then she said that I can come in at 11:45am but try to be their earlier if I can! I waked in the at 11:30am and their were other people who walked in behind me were seen before I was seen! So finally I was called to come back and it was 12:15! I had my consultation with Julie and she is so warm and super nice! She explained the procedure to me in detail then we talked about financing and it not what I throught it would be! To do the upper and lower abs with sides it cost 8,675.00 which is wade more then I expected! Now this was with the 20% discount Julie took off! I definitely did not know that it would be that expensive and if that be the case if a person can not get financed then they sound give a much better price for the ones who are paying out of their pockets and you are paying cash they should make a way easier for patients who are paying cash to be given a much better price! We too want to look our best as well!

“So I tried to wait and give this company the benefit of the doubt but my experience just keeps getting worst.

I went in and spoke to Julie, everything went quick which was fine. I was scheduled for a 2 PM that Friday.

I came in on Thursday for the Pre-Op and they said I was scheduled for Friday at 9:00 am. I told them that wasn’t right it should be 2:00 PM. Like nothing the lady was like well they change it all the time. I told her right there that it doesn’t work that way, I accepted the appointment because the time worked for me. They sent another lady in and basically called me a liar that the consultation people don’t give appointments. I got so upset that I told her I didn’t want to go through with it. They said they did not do refunds. After me getting so upset that I cried they finally said 2 PM was fine and they would work with me.

The next day they called me at 12:00 PM saying I was late.
At that point I showed them the paperwork that said 2 PM.

Once the procedure was done they said don’t lift for two days and finish the antibiotics. That’s it nothing else.

I set up the follow up for a week after the procedure but I called the Tuesday after to talk to someone. They said they would call me back the next day.

No call back.
Friday of my appointment came, no call.

I called on Saturday they said my appointment was set for another day. Again, they said someone would call me on Monday before 8:30 AM.

No call.

This is ridiculous, they just take your money and that’s it! Terrible place, look elsewhere for a procedure.

Will upside anything gets better but I doubt it.”

Needless to say, after about a 3-minute wait or so, I was finally greeted and checked-in with front desk staff. My interview was scheduled for the morning and I believe I was in the waiting room for about 5 minutes or so before I was seen by the patient care consultant.

Let me tell ya, this woman right here, Shaena, is bomb.com and might I add, this was the most transparent, realist consultation I’ve engage in with a staff member. She was honest with my concerns, knowledgeable of the necessary steps for my unique case and provided answers to my questions when asked. But the coolest part about the experience was how Ms. Shaena provided such a comfortable environment and hands down kept it 100 with your girl. I loved the fact she provided background knowledge for all surgeons at the site, their history, their practice etiquette and their time with Sono Bello. At no point doing my consultation did I feel pressured to hurried my questions, felt she was annoyed by the boat load of question asked or when unsure about something, she simply replied “I’m not sure but let me find out”. I’ve had previous experiences where people just embellished a response, make-up something they thought sounded good or just pulled a response out there (well let’s just say hind quarters).

After I explained where I was at in my decision-making process, I didn’t get that salesman’s response to hurry up and make a decision. It was a concerned and relaxed approach/tone, putting the client needs first as oppose to trying to get another person on the books. I was also provided financial options, if needed, and final thoughts were shared. I’m super stoked about my future relationship with Sono Bello and I must admit 100% credit is due to Ms. Shaena, who is definitely the dopiest consultant on the block, in my opinion. There were such good vibes in the air which made the perfect recipe for a great consult experience.

Final words, If I may add, part of your experience with Sono Bello is going to be heavily dependent on you (the potential client) as well. I’m a firm believer in putting great energy in the universe. Come prepared, be open-minded (willing to consider advice and be rational about your decision), come with positive vibes in your pocket and be receptive to opinions other than your own. “Save your money and get a real tummy tuck!! They sell you on how great you'll look, but fail to tell you it's temporary if you don't diet and exercise for the rest of your life after the procedure pretty much. Went there because had a hard time keeping a diet to lose weight, they said this is perfect because you don't have to diet or work out, lies!! The minute you stop you gain all your weight back in the places they claim you won't. Not worth the money, I have seeing friends get better results permanently with a tummy tuck at about the same price! Very disappointed with how they tell you satisfaction guarantee, but when you're not satisfied they brush it off and say nothing more they can do. Save your money and run!! If you have to diet and exercise permanently after you'll end up looking great without spending the money anyway!!”

“Read these past reviews...most were about the initial consultation. This is a real review about the process. Procedure for upper, lower .waist and back rolls about 6,400. Procedure took 3 hours..pleasant nurse and staff..Dr. Paresi performed the surgery, pleasant surgeon. They give you antibiotics, Xanax and a pill for nausea the day of the surgery. No anesthesia. He gives you shots to numb the area..ok stomach a little painful..can hear and feel the pressure of the instrument going into the surgical openings to numb the area. "Turn on your side." These are the worst words you want to hear. Shots..incisions, probe with numbing solution.
Horrid pain. Shoulder blades cannot be fully numbed. I was in excruciating pain
Both sides of my back rolls were lipoed and I felt horrid pain. Day 1. Take pain killers and antibiotics.
Day 2 take a shower and remove bandages? No wonder they gave me anti nausea meds, taking the bandages off almost made me faint from the pain. You definitely need someone to assist you. 3 days later you start to feel better. Please take Arnica to reduce swelling! Day 6 went for my follow up. Gained a lb from swelling. They said it's, "normal." This isn't for weight loss. This is body sculpting 🤔.
My waist is thinner and I hope to actually lose weight. They said they took 3.5 lbs of fat. If it's not fat removal than why promote that? I give them 4 stars vs 5 bcz if they had told me how excruciatingly painful it would be to do the back rolls, I would have opted out. Be honest about the pain and what sections cannot fully be numbed. Still, very pleasant staff. Note: If you are scheduled for surgery at 6am; show up a little later the security guard doesn't open the doors until 6 am.

I went in for an idea with no plans to purchase due to private matters in my home, but my surgical consult her name is Laura did not force or rush me to purchase a surgery. She actually reminded me i am okay without any liposuction but if this will make me more confident proceed. and i did proceed. she remind me i am beautiful but I deserve this change due to the obstacle in my life at the moment. Life is short I booked my procedure and will be going at the end of July. “My experience with Oakbrook Sono Bello has been nothing but great from my consultant Nancy to my nurses Erica and PJ, the front desk staff and mainly my doctor Dr. Ferrugia. He has great bed side manner and also lets you know that he truly care about you as a patient.
