I knocked off one star because the intake and screening appointment is locally performed, but once you accept, the assessment , procedure, and follow-ups are in Denver. AND, I never received a call back after my six month encounter where I inquired about having some areas retouched.
Other than that, the front desk staff, Colorado Springs and Denver, were decent and accommodating to my busy schedule.”

She scheduled me for two pre op appointments and two procedures and I paid half of the cost of the procedures that day. The first pre op appointment was today. I drove all the way to Denver only to find out that my appointments had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. The Denver office staff was less than friendly. Liz called me to let me know she had cancelled my appointments due to a medical condition I have, but failed to let me know. I wasted 2 1/2 hours driving because she couldn't be bothered to make a 2 minute phone call. And, to add insult to injury it's going to take 30 days to get the refund of the money I paid up front. We are all just cows being run through their system for our money. I do have to comment that Jayden has been nothing but friendly and helpful.”

I also have to mention the time at SonoBello just flew by...my husband and I spent 2 hours talking with Liz!
