Besides having a great staff - shout out to Vida (not sure if I am spelling her name correctly) in Troy and Nicole in Lansing - the procedure itself was easy and went flawlessly. Very little discomfort during the procedure. The first 12 hours were pretty sore but now at 24 hours, I am feeling very good. Still a little sore but not too terrible. Super happy I did this for myself.”

“Walking into the Sono Bello office in Lansing MI, I was very pleasantly surprised and totally impressed just with the beautiful office space, and then by the Office Mgr Shelby, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional and had a beautiful personality that exuded how much she cared and really loved her job!!!
And when I became hot (I get hot when I’m nervous) 😬 she immediately noticed and brought me an ice pack from the fridge and it helped me so much!!!

She gives off this vibe of connection, and we were amigas immediately when she was explaining everything to me and then telling me I was approved for my surgeries!!!

I don’t know how else to explain her personality, but you’ll absolutely fall in love with her too!!!
