“I went in but never spoke with a doctor just an unlicensed “salesperson “ couldn’t really talk in detail about my needs , but it sounded like she understood and we were good to move forward. Day of surgery, they tell me that one section will be performed but I won’t see any change. I asked what was the point as it needs the work, they tried upselling me on another procedure for $5000 additional. WTH!!! I was so pissed! I decided to remove that work. And the work completed was not good, personally i think it was half finished so they could solicit more work. I’d never go back… felt scammed.

Update: I met with another plastic surgeon who confirmed that my work done at Sonobello created my diastasis recti. I started feeling the tear after the initial surgery but figured I was still recovering. Now full blown , another surgeon confirmed the rupture due to my stomach work. My abs have separated in several areas by inches and my midsection looks horrid even after downing thousands to look better with Sonobello. Now I need a tummy tuck to repair myself. Buyer beware… don’t use them!!!”

They not only took my information that is how they took my information very personal as though they really cared. Once I decided to do the procedure it was very easy to understand exactly how things were going to be done and why. Dr Kim was very thorough and explained things step by step. I cannot remember the young lady's name that I met with first where we took pictures and gave me all the procedure information. She was extremely sweet and helpful. “My weight loss journey started 20 years ago. After dropping 140 pounds, I kept trying to look and feel better about myself through diet and exercise. After talking to a friend, my primary care doctor and doing some research I decided to go see the people at Sono Bello Las Vegas. My consultation was with Kyrsti, she was great to work with and came up with a good treatment plan for me. I told her I wanted to think about it but ended up going back the next day and scheduling my procedure. She got my surgery scheduled right away at a time and day that worked for me. On the day of surgery I met the doctor. Dr. Shehadi, he was fantastic. He took his time and explained everything to me. He was very kind and you could tell that he cared about people.

My surgery was a week ago and went well, several hours later, I was home resting. After 3 days, I decided to take a look and what I saw was amazing. It was everything I had hoped for and will get better and better over time.

“Kasey is a terrible consultant. She will lie to you about downtime and pain just so she can get her commission check. Do not believe her. She does not need to be in medical sales. She doesn't understand how her lies affect people. How we are out of work longer than what she says. That the pain is intense and you need about a week, if not more, to fully recover. Especially if you have a physical job. She will downplay and manipulate the situation for a sale. By the time you learn the truth, you've already committed and if you decide not to go through with it, then you lose money. I don't know how she sleeps at night. Maybe on her expensive pillow as she did her manipulative job well done. Also, if you have a choice of dr, do not chose Dr Kim. Dr. Shehadi is better, but still not the greatest communicator. His arrogance gets in the way.”

“It is a streamlined process, but I felt comfortable and heard at every step. The surgery was interesting. I sort of knew what was happening, so I wasn't totally asleep, but I dozed throughout. There were a couple places where I felt something and they immediately stopped and put in more numbing stuff. “I went in but never spoke with a doctor just an unlicensed “salesperson “ couldn’t really talk in detail about my needs , but it sounded like she understood and we were good to move forward. Day of surgery, they tell me that one section will be performed but I won’t see any change. I asked what was the point as it needs the work, they tried upselling me on another procedure for $5000 additional. WTH!!! I was so pissed! I decided to remove that work. And the work completed was not good, personally i think it was half finished so they could solicit more work. I’d never go back… felt scammed.”

“I am three weeks postop from having AbEx 360. My biggest concern about having this surgery was not having any anesthesia. I was afraid of having a lot of pain during the
procedure. Nurses Danielle and Nicole premedicated me before the procedure. I slept through most of the surgery and I don’t remember having any pain. Danielle and Nicole did an excellent job of taking care of me! I appreciate Danielle and Nicole‘s compassion and sense of humor with me.
Dr. Shahidi was my surgeon and he was excellent. He explained the procedure to me very well and answered all of my questions he gave me his cell phone, so that if I needed to contact him or text him. Dr.Shahidi is very kind and compassionate.
My recovery has been normal, considering what I had done. The first week is probably the hardest. I tried to follow all their instructions so that my results would turn out well. Let your compression garment be your new best friend.

“Follow up appts, staff has been great. I was concerned about something, called and got me an appt the same day with Kim. She explained things to me and addressed my concerns. However, Kasey, the consultant, I met with the first time, out right lied about everything, the procedure and down time. She told me, usually only need 1 day post procedure to rest and back to work the next day. I was in severe pain that I was not expecting and had to miss a week of work and still in pain but had to go back to work. No one told me that it's 4-6 months for complete recovery and the treated area can remain numb for 4-6 months. Not happy that Kasey lied. I would definitely preferred the truth as what to expect vs being completely surprised about everything. I've learned my lesson, ask the Dr questions, not the person who is trying to sell you something.”

“Added 1 month post op. I saw nurse Kim for my one month postop appointment. She has been fantastic! Her bedside manner is exemplary, and she’s just so fun to be around. Her knowledge of what she does is very apparent as well as her care of how she takes care of her patients. “Good Morning to you! I wanted to take a moment to say I was glad I came in and Met with Selina, a Beautiful Young Woman. Very kind and helpful. The day of my Surgery I was good to go.. I feel the Dr ( I believe Dr. Kim) he was so nice and made me feel comfortable and safe. After the staff was great with me and My Mom to help her know what to do and what to look for. I must say I wasn’t truly prepared for the outcome meaning the healing ❤️‍🩹 I have to say I’ve had and been through some surgeries before but I knew more or less what to expect afterwards because I was told.. when told that “ oh, you should ONLY need 5 days to then return to work.. “ that wasn’t true at all your body is being cut.. no way would you be able.. I mean not by choice you could but it would be very difficult and very painful with that being said I feel that it wasn’t delivered properly or true.. I mean I understand everyone is different however, once again you’re being cut and that’s a major thing. I would probably never do anything like this ever again especially at older ages. However, I must say I appreciate Kim so so so very much for her care and wisdom and understanding and above all empathy through all this. If I needed to get a hold of her ( believe me she’s busy) but always got back to me. Andrea the awesome woman at the front desk.. lol to me it was like OMG doesn’t get days off?! She was always there and answered the phone with complete confidence and a caring and greeting voice and I knew she’d knew anything I asked or if not she’d make sure to find out and get back to me. I truly want ALL to know that if you can take more time off to heal “ THE RIGHT WAY” as you should then that is your best way to have better and more positive results as I did. I was fortunate to do so. I know that in a perfect world not all can do this.. but please just “ Plan” your body and health comes first. At 3 months now I feel better than ever and love it!! I went already from a bra size of a 38 to a 34!! Inches gone! The look of me is awesome and beautiful weight will come off now due to swelling lessening.. but I know that this wasn’t a fix it all method I now like anything else must “ maintain” by eating better and exercising.. if you feel that it is an ALL easy fix.. I do not recommend it.. like anything it’s a “ Jump start” now it’s up to me. I truly loved my over ALL experience it’s just I feel being a lil more honest and realistic would have prepared me.. But as I stated I was fortunate to have that extra time to truly heal and take care of me.. and you have to get up and move no matter what.. you lie around all the time will make it worse. This I knew. I again thank you Sonobello for being here! I truly am very grateful and thankful!”

“I put a lot of thought into which provider I wanted to use for my liposuction procedure, and I’m very impressed with my experience at Sono Bello. I received consultations with a plastic surgeon (whom I’ve used before and was excellent), Sono Bello, as well as Belle Medical. I’m the end I chose Sono Bello. While I had a trusted plastic surgeon that I’d used previously, I wanted a provider who specialized in liposuction and had extensive experience with this procedure. For me, Belle Medical marketed similar services as Sono Bello, but their providers are nurses and they were more expensive. I don’t doubt that their nurses are capable, but I wanted a board certified plastic surgeon and it was helpful that Sono Bello was less costly with an experienced surgeon! Therefore I chose Sono Bello, and have been very happy with the professionalism of their staff and their customer service. Dr. Shehadi performed my procedure and he quickly put me at ease. He gained my trust by taking his time to assess my needs and make suggestions for what would give me the best outcome. He helped to explain what I could expect, and which parts of my figure would remain the same (issues with the underlying muscle, not treated with liposuction). I felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Shehadi! On the day of the surgery, I was nervous, but it was honestly an easier process than I’d been expecting. I slept through the entire procedure and woke up already prepped and ready by the staff. I rested most of the first day and appreciated how Sono Bello staff checked in on me to ensure I was doing well. They have an organized approach to their follow-up care, educating the patient of what to expect at each stage of healing, which was very helpful. I’m now 8 months post-procedure and I’m excited about my results. If I had it to do all over again, I would do nothing differently because Sono Bello has been wonderful and their providers are board certified plastic surgeons who specialize in this procedure. That’s a win-win for me. 😊”

“I had to have my full abdominal surgery redone…. Although I was disappointed to have to do it again, Sono Bello made it all right! Dr Hahm was amazing! I had not one issue or uncomfortable moment during the surgery! I was amazed to get home and very little drainage. Used 1/2 pain med portions through that first night and went to regular Tylenol for 2 days. This 2nd surgery should have been my first! Dr Hahm is top notch and did an excellent job! “My experience has been absolutely incredible from day one until now at almost 3 months out. Andrea is always welcoming and makes me feel special each time I come for an appointment.
Angelique was able to put my mind at ease the day of my surgery. Her calm, friendly demeanor shows how much she truly cares. I was so nervous but she continued to reassure me I was in the best hands possible. She continued this throughout my surgery. When my procedure was over she was the best cheerleader ever! She made me excited by how she described how I looked and again reassured me that I would love my results. She wasn’t wrong, I’m not done healing yet but I couldn’t be happier. My Venus treatments were also amazing! Talk about a trip to a mini spa where your best friend is your therapist! She ensured me that they would not do anything if they couldn’t help me with what I wanted. BUT, before I left her office I was encouraged and secured in my decision to have my procedures done because Simone took the time to explain fully and examine me for the areas of my concerns. Then she gave me the assurance that they could help me. I understood that I also had to do the work to get the results I wanted. I had and still have a made up mind to see it all the way through. I am very unhappy with the results. The person in which who provided my sessions was a really nice person. She appeared to be skilled with the Venus Legacy machine. After going there once a week for over 2 months. I went home very unhappy 😠🥺. I have before pictures at home, and took the after ones and compared. I could see ultimately really no difference. I would never go there again, nor will I recommend anyone else. I was very unsatisfied, and unhappy with my results... I regret ever even going to them. I was lied to so a person could make commission. I was told that I had good skin, and I would for sure achieve the look that I wanted. Lies.... didn't happen 🙄😡”

“In order to get a revision you have to sign a Release And Waiver WHICH RELEASES SONO BELLO FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY DATING BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL SURGERY! I just have 2 small patches of fat left on my procedure area and they actually wanted me to sign this waiver in order to fix their mistake. I originally posted my disappointment for not asking to see my doctor back at my 6 month appointment and had not even asked for a revision, they reached out to me and offered, so why would I sign a waiver like this prior to my procedure?? Once I sign that waiver THEN have the procedure anything can happen and I’ll be screwed! READ ALL OF THEIR DOCUMENTS BEFORE SIGNING THEM. Unfortunately I’m going to have to pay another doctor to fix someone else’s mistake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SONO BELLO LAS VEGAS!”

“If there were 10 stars, I would give it to Dr. Shehadi. In all of Las Vegas, Dr. Shehadi is the nicest and a one of a kind doctor. He is really good at what he does. He's not just good, he's really the best doctor in all of Las Vegas, and I've seen it first hand. For the past 2 years I suffered from the first doctor that had messed up my surgery, but Dr. Shehadi was able to fix it. He listens to his patients and has the patience to do things right. I highly recommend Dr. Shehadi to all the women out there that need to have their own mommy makeover. Once again, Dr. Shehadi I do not know how else I can express my gratitude, but I am very grateful for your service. The nurses here as well that helped me, Nicole and Rosa, were very nice. During my surgery process, Nicole and Rosa really took care of me, to prepare me pre-surgery and post-surgery with all my prescriptions. You can only find Dr. Shehadi at Sono Belo, so if you ever go to Sono Belo, please request for Dr. Shehadi and you won't regret it.

The only thing I would say is that their front desk lady, Tesla, needs to learn more customer service. She doesn't want to schedule you for an appointment, she is very rude and she doesn't care about Sono Bello patients. And the male nurse Kory is also very rude. He didn't want to let my husband in the room with me. He's my husband, and he wanted to hear what the doctor has to say too. But other than that, Sono Bello has the best doctor, Dr. Shehadi. He really gave me my dream stomach, and it was exactly what I wanted. I would also like to thank Tamela and Summer. They are very nice managers as well.”

“I was unhappy with a few areas on my stomach. The office manager reached out to me and had me come in to meet with my doctor. My Dr let me know I had extra/sagging skin and could do an AbEX if corporate would approve it.

Just a few days after seeing my Dr, the office manager called and said corporate approved my revision and scheduled my appointment! I’m glad I get the same doctor that did my original procedure because he is a very good doctor. The office manager was very helpful and friendly as well. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.”

“I had my procedure done 12/2020. I had a great doctor and overall everything went good. There was, and still is, one small section on my stomach that is noticeably fat that was missed. At my 6 month appointment I brought this up to the nurse and she told me “that’s not fat, it’s just skin.” Well almost 2 years later it’s still there. One side of my stomach is flat then the other side still has this missed fat popping out.

I say all of this to say that if you are not satisfied ask to speak to your doctor and consider a revision. Do not just take the nurses word for it because you are the one who will have to live with the results! If you’re unhappy with your results speak up and don’t wait. I may have to go somewhere else to get this corrected which means I’ll be out of more money.

I also eat healthy and workout 4 days per week. I thought if I did more ab workouts that would help, but nothing has worked. Now I’m realizing I should have spoken to my doctor and shared my concerns.I’m also only giving 1 star because of the nurse I had, my doctor was great!”

“So... Wow! Why didn't I do this sooner?
I went for my first consult back in August.
I had a great consult with Kasey. My BMI was 25 and she let me know I'd be a great candidate. I went home and felt so excited.
I then spoke to my, back then, boyfriend and ultimately decided I wanted to try to eat right and go to the gym. Holidays went by and we got engaged. I looked at my body and was still not happy about it. I went back Sono Bello
And asked for Kasey. We both knew, I was ready! She scheduled me for June, but within a few days she calls me and tells me there was an opening. I took it! I had my surgery match 18th with Dr. Shehadi. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. As I laid on the table, we chatted and listened to 80s music haha. It was a relaxing experience. Let me tell you, the next day I worked! As a local Realtor, I had multiple things to do. I did not feel pain! I felt discomfort. The day of surgery they give you binder to wrap around my stomach and help with the swelling. I just had my one week post-op today. The nurse I was assigned to was very helpful and answered more questions I had. I'd happily send you before and after photos. I look AMAZING! I have my confidence back. The fat that I tirelessly tried to lose- melted in a matter of 90 minutes. If you're thinking about Sono Bello, ask for Kasey and Dr. Shehadi. I'm singing their praises! Thank you for all your help and support! 😁🥰 I can't wait to see the final results. You will love the NEW YOU!”

Let's start with day one when I had my consultation with Simone, this woman is wonderful and had the best customer service skills and listened to everything I asked and wanted to know. “I would like to start off my pointing out that a large percentage of the 5 star reviews left here are only from the initial consultation and not all the way through the process. It’s easy to leave 5 stars when you only deal with the person in sales - they are literally paid to hype you up on all the fluff, and are generally misleading on the details regarding the small print. During my consultation she used trigger phrases like “we’d love to take your case”, “you’re gonna look like you’ve lost 20 lbs”, and “it’s going to be all muscle under there”.
I’ll start off with the pros: staff are super friendly, customer service from front desk staff is a 10/10, the location is very clean and modern, and the doctor was pleasant.
Cons: misleading on so many levels. Specifically: I was told it’s “better than going to the dentist” and “the pain will be just lactic acid for you because you’re active” - hardly. You have to wear a compression garment 24/7 for four weeks minimum post-op (I wasn’t told this until my pre-op after I had paid in full and couldn’t back out). I was told “it’s just lactic acid you’ll be fine” regarding pain. It’s painful for days afterwards, standing up, sitting down etc. all pretty brutal. While they do warn that everyone does heal differently, the discomfort and pain are real - not comparable with a dentist in the slightest.
During my procedure, while I was literally on the table, the doctor left twice two take other appointments. Probably totaled more than 30 mins or more of me just laying there because another nurse kept coming in telling him someone was waiting for him in another room for a pre op. After paying $8500 for a procedure you would think they would schedule your surgery without interruptions.
I was told in the initial sales pitch that people would start to notice a difference after a month - no one has noticed a change in 4.5 months. My stomach looks the same, I can tell a SLIGHT difference in the waist area. I can still grab the same amount of love handle fat that I could before. Bra fat area doesn’t look like it’s changed at all, and actually I have an even deeper indent in that area now which makes me feel even worse than I did prior. Will be 6 months post op very soon, and I think I look pretty much exactly the same. I absolutely would choose differently regarding this procedure if I could. The pain, recovery, and cost were not worth it in the slightest.”

“I had put off so quite a few years having some work done. I actually had 2 consultations over 2 years before I decided to pull the trigger. The initial appointment was great. Never felt pressured and as we covered the info during the consult be ready to make some decisions. They book up and fast. If you aren't 100% ready to have something done don't waste their time. You will feel pressured at that appointment then. My pre op appointment went well and they are very thorough. I came in the morning of my procedure and was taken good care of. Nurses were polite and professional all the while making sure I was comfortable. While in the procedure Dr Hahn kept me comfortable and continued to explain what he was doing. Their communication and follow up videos are awesome as I really didn't know what to expect from my procedure.

I will say my 1 wk post op appointment went better than expected and my life is forever changed for the better. I followed all the instructions to a T as I want the best outcome even when those instructions were difficult.

I have another procedure scheduled and absolutely know that SonoBello Las Vegas professionals will do everything they can for my success. Thank you!”

Very unprofessional office and still wondering where in the world my “missing records” are located including pictures! I’ve got quotes from other doctors who have laughed about a doctor saying a simple patch of fat is visceral fat around my organs. I feel ripped off to say the least. Beware of high turn over rates in offices and look up the Dr. specifically not the facility or office your going to. I’m considering legal action. Beware!”

“The front desk staff at Sono Bello was very very professional, kind and very very informative. The procedures and pricing were explained thoroughly during the consultation, but when I met with Dr. Hahm, he changed our treatment plan from the consultation to a more aggressive treatment that included a surgical mini tummy tuck, Which was not thoroughly explained and increased The final price increase d by several thousand dollars...

Initially, I stated :

“The doctor explained the procedures and I can tell that he has an artistic eye for contouring aesthetics.

That changed when the procedure was underway. I was looking forward to having the procedure the following day and hess healing quickly, but in hindsight it was too soon because I did not know enough about the procedure before allowing the doctor to operate on me.

As a result, I have a huge indentation in the middle of my tummy that hurts all the time anytime I sit for more than 10 minutes, and I was told that it could be a permanent indentation.

I think the doctor was too aggressive with the cannula in scraping across my abdomen in the same spot repeatedly and now it looks like a permanent indented scar.

I’ll give it some time and hopefully The pain will subside and things will look normal, but I can only hope since there’s nothing that can be done to reverse the procedure now.

If you are not severely overweight and do not have elasticity problems with your skin please reconsider any suggestions or recommendations for a tummy tuck. Shop around get other opinions. It is best that you do not allow someone to operate on you that you feel uncomfortable with or that you think has a personal feeling about you or your race. Sometimes people’s biases can affect you for the rest of your life.

I will never allow Dr. Hahm to touch my body ever again!! My experience was that there was not enough numbing medication and various areas hurt severely and one of my breast was burned and bruised in the process. There seemed to be no remorse or empathy from the doctor for burning my breast even after screaming multiple times pleading for for numbing medicine.

As far as I can tell, Hahm just casually said “oh sometimes the numbing medication does not work in certain areas or oh that was your breast”

After the procedure had concluded, when I asked the doctor if I would see weight loss, he emotionlessly stated that “this is not a weight loss procedure its body contouring” and he walked out the door. I was stunned and immediately new that I would never allow him to touch any part of my body again.

My next appointment was with the surgeon Dr. Hahm. He also displayed the same profession qualities. I asked him many questions about the procedure, pre and post op, and his background and experience. He took time out of his bust schedule to answer my questions patiently and completely. On this visit, I also meet with nurse Leticia, who took my vitals, explained in detail post and pre op procedures I needed to take, and answered all of my questions. She also administered a Covid 19 test. The ,morning I returned for surgical procedure, I was again in the care of nurse Leticia. After leaving me to get ready for procedure, she returned and informed me that the procedure needed to be postponed as my Covid 19 test had just returned minutes before, with a positive result. Her manner was very gentle, kind and understanding. She instructed me to call my ride, and administered a rapid Covid 19 test. A short while later, the site manager Pamela came in the examination room, to inform my the Rapid Test was negative; however Sonobella was required by the Health Department that my procedure be delayed 30 - 45 days. She also had the same demure as the other medical care workers and staff had displayed. She encouraged me to take care, get another test, and to wait patiently until my ride returned. Nurse Leticia checked in on me while I waited for my ride. My ride, Tanya from Attaway rides, who had been referred by Sonobello, was also very kind and sympathetic of my situation. At no time was I made to feel like a threat to any of the people I encountered at Sonobella that day. The next day Kasey called, and rescheduled my postponed surgical procedure, and answered all my questions. She also honored all of the elements of my contract without revisions or added costs. At this point I still feel no Covid symptoms, and await again for my new procedure date.”

“12/18. - today was my procedure day! I started this process 11/19. I would suggest this you go to Sono Bello over any other place in Vegas that does similar procedures! I was so nervous, but nurse Latisha was so patient and friendly, she answered questions and we were just talking about other things while she was preparing me for surgery and it helped calm my nerves. 11/19 - So I had a appointment scheduled for today at 4:15on I get to the location early and I’m waiting in the car until 4 to go in, then I get a call at 3:45pm saying they had to reschedule me because I was doubled booked and the dr is in with another patient. If I was still at hike this would have been fine, but I drove across town in rush hour traffic and now I have to drive back home in rush hour traffic. Such a waste of my time. There’s a few other places that offer the same services so I’ll just try reaching out to one of them instead. Such a waste of my time for them to call me right before my appointment time. I do not recommend this location!”
