When I’ve talked about the pain I’m in every visit they say ok we’ll deal with it the next visit. What was a couple of days turned into 6 weeks, turned into 6 months turned into a year. Every time I’m told something different. The doctor was just embarrassing the way he grabs you and pinches you. It’s dehumanizing. And then I don’t know how it’s satisfaction guaranteed when I had a very specific concern and I was just offered more services ( to buy of course) Now why in the world would I purchase any other treatments if the most invasive didn’t work. I was told Fat would be removed skin would be removed the skin removal had me out of work for 2 weeks and left a big scare. The fat is still there. Went in to have a revised surgery appointment and was told I'm fat I should only eat broth to lose weight. Honestly I came there to lose weight because that is what I was promised not that my diet was the problem which by the way is vegan I've been vegan my whole life I don't eat broth because it's gross. I would not by any means recommend anyone spend their money on this. I looked forward to this for years. I was so excited only to be beaten down, and body shamed after my procedure did not turn out the way the doctor wanted it to.”

Advice was different from each person and I was not given all the post op compression I should have. Zero post phone call follow up. STOP and Ask lots of questions like, will they honor fixing it and if so what are the preclusions. It felt like a bait and switch. So disappointing. They are a mess with making appointments. She was kind,understanding and explained how the process was going. Sherri's kind words made it less stressful.
Dr Berger came in and was matter fact,on point,decisively on what would be addressed first Dr. Berger helped with surgery with the military helping fix our soldiers amd veterans after bad injuries so I trusted him to help me.
Dr Bergers last words to me before the surgery started was I will do a good job and while I'm in pain and the meds given didnt touch my pains after the few days of suffering just like he said it eased as my swelling went down. I like that they use non bruising herbals in every surgery, I appreciate the 1 yr guarantee.
The only 2 things I would change is the Nashville receptionists were not so nice ignoring me assumed I hadn't paid and treated me like I wasn't there. I wish the company did a better pain medication for the 3days. By day 4 you will need only aleeve.
1. I give the Chattanooga offices ladies 10 🌟 stars for their kindness,respect and patience with me when I was deciding...
2. I give nurse Sherri 10 🌟 stars for kindness and compassion...

“I went in for a consultation. Front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. Consultation with Rachel was great. She was completely honest about my concerns and did not suggest I do one of the procedures I was interested in due to being worried I wouldn’t be satisfied. I was very pleased it wasn’t just an upscale situation where they just sell me in everything with no concerns about me. Pre op appointment went really well. Dr Saliba was very thorough on explaining the procedure and the realistic expectations of my results. Day of surgery I arrived early as instructed. My nurse Haley was very nice and very good at inserting the IV. Dr Saliba explained the procedure again and the steps for the process. I was nervous since I would be awake. The medication that was administered relaxes me and I was comfortable through out the procedure. Steve came in to assist the Dr during the skin removal and was very professional. “The Nashville location is where I went for my procedure, and even though it's 3 hours from where I am it was absolutely worth the trip. Dr. Saliba was great, he was very honest and straightforward, and he works really hard to make sure that he is on the same page as the patients. Everyone at the Brentwood location were very friendly and knowledgeable at the pre op appointment. When I went in for the procedure I received the same treatment. I had my consult and booked my procedure in Huntsville and Brianna was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. However, there were several things that were told to me that were different once I met with the surgeon in Nashville. One being that I stated I was preparing for a beach trip in March and was told by Brianna that I'm only required to wear the compression garments for 6 weeks. In reality it is 12 weeks. I can't help but wonder if I had not listed a date that was less than 12 weeks if I would have been given the correct information of wearing the garment 12 weeks. I'm a rule follower so I have been very diligent about wearing my garment and following all the rules.
I don't think it is ok that you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit before meeting with a medical professional. This policy almost made me back out of the surgery. I was booking less than 2 weeks away from the procedure, so I had to pay the full amount up front. Patients should be able to get a medical expert’s advice on the reality of the procedure and expected results before paying a deposit. This is a Sono Bello issue not a Brianna issue. However, I'm still glad I did it!
Dr. Tavassoli was my surgeon and I'm so glad he was. He has a great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable. He was very realistic with me almost to the point that I felt he was trying to talk me out of. It made me very nervous but after he left the office the nurse, Steven was very reassuring and reiterated the fact that they cannot guarantee results but believed that I will be very happy with the outcome. I wouldn't have backed out anyways at that point since I had already paid almost $8k that was only refundable if the doctor said I wasn't a candidate.

I don't remember much of the procedure other than feeling some intense pressure when they got close to my spine on each side. It felt like it was about 30 minutes, but it was 2 hours and 15 minutes.
The night after surgery I had the most intense pain I have ever had (other than kidney stones) but with the pain meds it didn't last long.
My bleeding and leakage stopped within 48 hours, and I didn't take any more pain meds after day 2. I had my surgery on a Monday and was back at work on Wednesday morning. I do work from a home office, so I'm sure that was easier for me than most. If I had a physical job, I would have needed another day or two off work.
The nurse at my one-week post op appointment told me different rules than my doctor stated, such as when its ok to start exercising. I'm following the doctor’s recommendation instead of the nurse. I have an open floor plan in my house, so I've been walking a slow paced walk several miles per day since the 2nd day after surgery.
They say you don't see real results until 3 months but I'm happy with the results I have at 1 month so it can only get better from here. Yes, it is scary thinking you might mess up your body or have loose skin, etc. but it is 100% worth walking through that fear! I'm certainly glad I did.”

Dr Peebles tried to make my scar incision smaller the first round but my tummy was stubborn so he went back in and made it larger. I was always ok with that. He just wanted to make it easier on me. I am swollen and bruised but I am so satisfied already. I can tell this time, it's gonna be perfect! I love all my people there at the Brentwood office. From Kerri Ann at the desk to Ricci (who just came in to say hi) and my new sweet nurse Maylen who held my hand this time lol. “Lack of communication, post surgery after care is non existent. Don’t expect to get one one care. I’ve had 5 different nurses, all very nice but all with different advice on post-op care. I feel like i was just shuffled around none of my questions or concerns were really answered because i was given conflicting information. “I will start by saying the staff and every person I encountered and had the pleasure of meeting with was absolutely phenomenal. Their professionalism and personalities brought many smiles.
I have never written a review before, so this is not like me. I am 3 months post-op. I was scheduled for a virtual check-in a week ago and never received a message or call to express these concerns. I just would like others to be aware because my only downfall was the lack of information I did not receive about post care which has lead to many tears and disappointment. Also, I am a teacher so financially finally being able to have this procedure done was a big deal.
I have been self conscious of my arms since I was in junior high. I do not wear sleeveless shirts and refuse to still. My upper body was my main concern. I had my arms done. However, to achieve the slimmer upper body, I wish someone would have suggested having my bra line done as well. I see absolutely no difference in my upper body and still will not wear sleeveless shirts. Mainly being that my arms look like a ripple effect when I life them up. The skin underneath looks bad. The arms were by far the worst part of the healing process. They hurt and there is very little difference in the outcome, especially since it was not suggested to have the bra line done to achieve the results wanted.
The other part I had done was my lower stomach and sides. The sides are fine, but I would have 100% rather have had upper body suggested instead of the sides. They did not need it as much. My stomach still looks like a bag of marbles have rested in there. I am one that is getting bigger rather than smaller with this healing process. The pre-op and procedure was the easy part. However, I had NO idea about needing to immediately begin Lymphatic Massages or personal massages until it was too late. I went in for my post-op appointment and it was out to be that the Fibrosis building was normal. The amount I had was not normal. I saw multiple massage therapists who were very concerned about my stomach and arms and the build up of fibrosis I have. I will say some have gone away, but there are a few concern spots by the therapist that she believes will not go away. These make me look very bloated. Not to mention, I did not budget to spend another couple thousand dollars on Lymphatic Massages. I was told nothing about this and its CRUCIAL for post-op on ALL areas that the procedure is done. They offer laser therapy for another couple thousand dollars after as well, but I was moving out of state and the doctors knew this as well.
I am saying all of this to say, Sono Bello customer service is 5 starts hands down. It breaks my heart to write this, but I have done nothing but cry and hide my body all summer because of the lack of information and guidance I should have received for post-op. If you have a procedure done anywhere on your body, begin self massaging or Lymphatic Massages immediately . Also, really consult and take your time with the doctor on your concern areas. It all makes a huge difference.

“I made a consultation via the website yesterday after doing some reviewing. Today I start to review more extensively and was reading that your consultation is not with the doctor but with a "qualified" consultant/sales. I also read that they could not do jowls which is what I partially made the consultation for. So I called the Nashville office and spoke with Valerie. Valerie said that they cannot do jowls so I told her that I needed to cancel my appointment. I mentioned that the consultation was for neck/jowls/chin. She asked if it was fat or loose skin. She also seemed confused about neck and chin which basically is almost the same area. It's fat and aging skin. Once fat is removed most times skin is lax. But when I was researching SonoBello, they mention that they do laser treatment with their lipo. She said that they cannot tighten loose skin. I do realize that skin cannot be tightened after lipo in extreme cases without removal of excess. However, I thought that with this chin/neck /jowl procedure that the laser would be enough. So I told her to go ahead and cancel my consultation that I was unsure if they would be able to do anything for me due to wanting my jowls done and my neck fat. She proceeded then to tell me that they "do" jowls. Here is where I became completely confused. First she said they "don't". Then she said they "do" after I requested to cancel. She became a little short in her tone and that's when I knew it was best to just cancel and try Elite Sculpture Air Sculpting. I asked again for her to cancel and she said "ok" and hung up. I reached out to SonoBello chat and told them of my experience and they reassured me that they do jowls and with the laser technology that the consultant that I would be seeing could tell me if it would help with the tightening back of the skin. I am not an extreme case but who wants sagging skin....right?! I mentioned that I want no ill feelings with Valerie because she must be having a bad Tuesday and if I rescheduled would it be with Valerie. Because we all know, when you call back to reschedule it wouldn't be very friendly or it would be fake. So I have rescheduled and will come back to this review with what I experienced in my first step with S.B. Nashville, TN. I also made an appointment with Air Sculpt ($150 consultation fee non-refundable) to visit the areas that need work. I have sent Air Sculpt my photos and they have sent some to me that are very similar to my case and they look very hopeful. However, the procedure with Air Sculpt is very expensive. May be worth the money to get the better experience, work and compassion. We will see.”

“I’ll go into detail as I’ve seen some harsh reviews about Sono Bello nationwide. If you just so happen run across mine, know it is truly unbiased.
1. Dr. Berger was my surgeon and Lisa was my nurse. Kudos to both of them and to Dr. Berger, I’d like to say, “bon travail”. Dr. Berger gave me several recommendations and I didn’t question one thing because why? I just didn’t.
2. I received a text message the night before to arrive an hour early which we did but I wasn’t let into the building until thirty minutes before my procedure, however, that wasn’t an issue. I was anxious enough to wait longer honestly.
3. Nurse Lisa had me to sign documents (before meds were given as I’ve seen a lot of people say they were given documents to sign after they took meds). I was taken to the restroom twice to make sure my bladder was emptied. I took a cocktail and about 30 minutes later, Ms. Lisa came to get me and took me into the procedure room. Even after the cocktail, I was still extremely nervous because I did surgery before in Florida and it was not an easy journey.
4. Dr. Berger came into the room, asked if I were okay and proceeded to start. He placed a drape over my face so I couldn’t see (which I didn’t want to see anyway). My only concern was the pain. But, on a scale of 1-10, I’d say my pain level throughout the entire procedure was maybe a 2-3. It was very manageable. I’ve heard they even had music playing but I don’t remember any music playing in my room. Surely, I could’ve been jamming to August Alsina but…🤣
5. I remember Lisa waking me up and asking me to raise my leg down as the doctor was working closer in that area. I tend to put my foot flat on the bed with my knee raised as I sleep anyway. I asked multiple questions throughout but for the life of me, I can’t remember them.
6. I remember Lisa putting on my faja and that was basically all I remember. I don’t remember getting in the wheelchair, getting out the door or into the vehicle.
All and all, I can say my experience from the beginning with Brianna in Huntsville was AMAZING! When she told me she had a procedure done similar to the one I was getting and didn’t feel a thing, I knew she was lying to me (LOL SORRY Brianna) but she was honest. The pain (discomfort) felt like a bee sting to be honest but not one time did I scream, holler, or try to jump out of bed. I would recommend anyone to go to Brentwood, TN if you’re in that area or considering any cosmetic surgery. I had a great experience and look forward to my post op appointment in a few days! *Edit* Dr. Berger gave me a call which I thought was spam so I sent it to voicemail. I listened to it, called him back immediately and he answered the phone on the 1st ring. He was checking on my progress. Day 2 and the swelling is going down perfectly. This is genuine care. I’m telling you…Book with Brentwood you will not be disappointed!”

“My nurse Dana took very good care of me preop. She explained each step of the pre OP procedures that she performed on me. She made certain I was comfortable. She provided my preop meds and explained the name and purpose of each med I was given preop. When we went to the operating room, the surgical table was heated to comfort. From the beginning of the procedure to the end, I was warm. Dr. Peebles has the best clinical surgical procedure by preparing and numbing the patient's identified body regions for treatment. He numbed each mutually identified body regions. He allowed the time necessary for the local medication to take effect. Only then did he perform the procedure. My procedure was genuinely painless. I was so completely numb in my procedure areas post OP as well. I did not feel any pain or discomfort until the day after the procedure late in the evening. I was prescribed the appropriate pain medication and anti nausea med. I had excellent experience.”

“I had lipo and excess skin removal June 2020. Initially, I was very happy with my results. However, with each post-op checkup, I noticed I would need some revisions. I was told I'd see the surgeon at my 3 month post-op appointment - which did not happen. I thought for sure I'd see the surgeon at my 6 month appointment, however, I did not, and finally inquired at the front desk about it when I was checking out.
I was informed that I had to make a special "miscellaneous" appointment to speak to my surgeon. The front desk staff also informed me that Dr. Peebles wouldn't be available for revisions for several months. I told them I wasn't trying to schedule a revision, I just wanted my surgeon to look at me and discuss what revisions I needed.
My "miscellaneous" appointment with Dr. Peebles was 5/6/2021 - 1 month away from being 1 year post surgery.
I was told at my consultation that revisions would be done within that first year.
I’ve been calling and leaving messages about scheduling my revision surgery ever since June 2021. I've been informed that Dr. Peebles has cut back his days at the practice and there is a long list of revision patients that I am on. I can’t seem to ever get a straight answer, or a call back, or an update on when I'll be able to schedule an appointment for revision surgery. However, they did call me on 2 occasions to ask me if I was able to come in for revisions THE NEXT DAY - giving me much less than 24 hours notice - due to a cancellation. I have small children at home and run my own business. A surgery where I'll be out all day and recovering for a few days requires planning and more notice than they gave me.
I've been extremely patient and I am beyond frustrated now because they were so quick to take the $8,660 for my surgery that they got me in the same week as my initial consultation, but now, here I am 2 months away from being 2 years post-op and still can’t get a straight answer about any revisions.
My advice: Go spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.
The turnover in front desk + nursing staff alone should be a key indicator that this place is all about churning + burning procedures through, instead of quality patient care OR RESULTS. I truly wish I had gone to a private provider, it would have been well worth the higher price tag.”

“Initially sono Bello had me fooled they pull you in with great courtesy and professionalism and then it’s downhill from there. My procedure was not what I expected and that’s most likely to me not having the correct garment that was paid for in my package. I was promised on numerous occasions by Madison, Brianna, Lauren and Sue. Sue runs the Brentwood office with so much tension, that the nurses are scared to speak up. Sue and Madison are like the mean girls in high school and if you disagree with them, it’s impossible for anything to work in your favor even if it’s at your expense. You don’t have to like me but when I’m paying I expect to get the results I paid for.
I received one email stating that everything would be correct it didn’t happen I received a phone call that stated Everything would be taking care of never did happen I even went into the office and spoke to everyone involved and still didn’t happen two procedures later and I still have the same outcome. I asked for a second opinion from another doctor to see if he will be willing to go in to fix the issue never heard anything else from Sono Bello nor I was never scheduled my six month appointment. You can not heal properly without a garment that fits!!!!”

“I would like to state up front that my review is a reflection of the lack of ethical business practices of the sales/office staff rather than a reflection of the medical staff I have encountered there.
In August after a consultation with Andrea Villareal, the sales woman in their Brentwood office, I booked 4 procedures the same day. 3 areas on my legs, and an area on my arms. I paid over $8200 in full to hold my spot for an October procedure. I received discounts for scheduling within 24 hours, paying in full, etc. Each area was $1745 and I was given the quote that showed the whole breakdown.
Fast forward to October 1st, my pre-op consult. The first time I’ve seen a doctor or nurse. Dr. Berger was great. He told me in the pre-op that I needed to be refunded for my arms. He didn’t, in his medical opinion, feel that I would like the results. I was given the new quote, which showed essentially the same thing with the arms ($1745) removed. I still had all the discounts on the new quote, because I still met all the criteria for the discounts.
The next week, still nothing on my refund. I reach out to Andrea, who I was told would be handling it, and she acted like it was the first she had heard of it. And honestly acted irritated that Dr. Berger would discuss money with me. I had my procedure that week on October 7th and finally got a docu-sign a week after it was even supposed to be initiated. It showed that would be refunded $1745. I signed it on the 11th and sent it back.
On October 22nd, after no word at all, I message Andrea again for a status. She responds telling me that the amount was incorrect and they need to reissue the docu-sign. I finally got it on the 25th. Turns out they want to apply the discounts I received to apply to the individual areas. This way she only has to refund me $1320.
When I refused to sign it, she essentially tried to dumb it down for me. And explain why she felt she didn’t need to refund what I actually paid and offered to have someone call and “explain it to me”.
As of today, 2 1/2 months have passed since paying them in full for services never rendered. And today makes one month from being told I would be refunded. I guess Andrea thinks my money is actually hers. Now my bank and my attorney get to get involved.
To reiterate, I am so far happy with the results I’ve seen from Dr. Berger and his lovely nurses. His sales team, specifically Andrea, seems to be lacking ethics.
Update: The office manager, Sue, reached out to me regarding the refund situation shortly after my review. Today, November 9, I received the refund I was supposed to get. I have updated my review to reflect how I feel about the medical services I received from Dr. Berger and his team. If you have account issues that you feel need immediate attention, Sue is very helpful and attentive.”

They are honest and have your best interest in mind. Highly recommend the Doctor and all the staff here. You have to do your part of following the post-op recovery. As a man I think it was a little outside of my comfort zone but they did a good job of giving us great information and easing my mind. I feel like the nurses and the doctor really care about the patients. Highly recommend. My doctor is highly experienced and actually gave me some unrelated medical advice that I will follow up on with my family doctor relating to my blood pressure. Can’t say enough about the staff here. Check them out! I am in pretty good shape but needed some help in my lower abdomen and love handles which seem to be genetic. One suggestion I would have is to turn up your workouts and diet before to get more accurate results. 38 year old man that does strength training on a normal basis. I’m sure I have spent way more money on diets and supplements over time than this procedure. I found the pricing was reasonable for such a long term solution to some areas that have bothered me. My wife and I did it at the same time.”

“Let me first start by saying this, I in no way asked for or expected to leave there with a perfect body. However I did have some expectations of a smaller midsection and lower stomach. Over a course of 2 years I lost around 65lbs, it was not easy by any means. Unfortunately I was left with some hanging fatty areas.
I have seen so many great before and after pictures from this company and set forth to possibly be one of the next great stories!
I am 7 months out from my procedure and have done everything accordingly. However my results are minimal. I recently went to my 6 month follow up and when I looked at my after pictures they are almost Identical to my before pictures, honestly the only way I could see a difference was I currently have a tan.
With that being said, don’t waste your time or money!

“Don't expect the results advertised. They remove less than 10 pounds max. That 10 pounds will help, but you won't be smooth like all the pictures. There will still be bulges or worse, weird bubbles of fat (see attached pictures), and they will be in random places. You will still need to wear a smoothing garment to have the results their ads promise.
Do yourself a favor and go to a non-chain doctor. I am ending up having to go to a private doctor to repair the problems left. I've heard this from others as well.”

My doctor said he didnt think i would need the ex because the elasticity of my skin seemed to be in good shape 6 months later I had some loose skin. I decided to wait a few months thinking things would improve well it didnt and had actually presented another issue because the skin had dropped to my pubic area. Went back and paid for the ex and i stressed to the doctor please make sure the public fat is taken care of. Three months later after ex and lipo twice i am very dissatisfied with my procedure. I would hate to have to have a revision and go through the process again and have to pay more out of pocket after paying 11,000 already🤬 have an appointment next week to see what can be done again. So sad and disappointed. Wish I would of went elsewhere.”

However, this is a review for Sono Bello overall.
I waited an hour to have a 15 minute consultation. I was also told I didn’t need to bring any money..just myself; so that is what I did. At the end of the consultation, I was asked for money? Then, the next day...I was told the “discounted pricing was only good till the end of the day” that very next day. I have a lot of money and a financial advisor who, due to it being memorial day weekend..would not be able to get me the funds I needed till the following week..literally Sono only had to wait till Tuesday. But then Bailey said “well if you put down $1995.00, then we can hold your spot and lock in that discounted price and get you scheduled for your appointment.” I reminded her that I did not have those funds on me at the moment because all of my money is tied up in a hefty inheritance I have and I don’t like having all of that money sitting in my personal checking account.
Then guess what happened?
No response. Why? Did you think I wasn’t serious, or maybe you thought I was poor? Or lying? I’m just genuinely confused...
I have never seen a business swerve so hard to NOT get money? That’s also when I realized, no one there cares about me or how I want to look...they care about cash in hand and making money.
I will be taking my time and my money elsewhere...& hopefully to someone who actually cares about their clients.

“I have to say this has been the best decision. I was a little skeptical at first. There are definitely some transitions in the process that can be improved, but I have absolutely no complaints regarding my surgery. My pre-op visit answered many of my questions. All of nurses were very helpful (Thank You Rikki) and provided me with a complete walk through of what to expect next. Doctor Peebles was very professional and went over each phase of the procedure in great detail including my drawings. Despite all of my anxiety, surgery day went off without a hitch. I did not have any post-op complications. My pain was manageable, no nausea, and my body is really responding well to the fluid redistribution from anesthesia. I can see and feel a drastic difference in my surgical areas. All and all, I am very pleased with most everything. My expectations so far have been met. I gave 4 stars due to some hiccups with initial scheduling and my total hours at the SonoBello office on surgery day was almost 8hrs! If you are struggling with body issues and are a good candidate, I would highly recommend the spend! My procedure did not include any skin removal”

“I have never been so mistreated by any company as this one. I am so so disappointed with the whole experience. My consultation was great, but after that it went down hill. My consultation gave me the impression that they were doing my upper thighs. She colored the front and the back. I was so excited to finally be able to better looking legs. My first appointment they took a piece of paper and drew out on my leg. I asked why. Their comment we only do an area the size of a piece of paper. I said that was not informed to me. I thought maybe the whole front of the leg I would still be satisfied. After they did small portion of my leg, tried to schedule next appointment. Couldn’t accommodate me cause they only do this procedure on Tuesdays. I said that won’t work for me so just refund money. Used excuse that they were short staffed but hired a bunch new ppl but needed to be trained. They said manager would call me. No call. After calling a couple of times to resolve situation, they said they would get me in a second time not on Tuesday. Next appointment said I wasn’t on schedule ugh but fit me in. This last I waited 2 hours again they said short staffed. I left and asked for refund. I know what I was having done was not as big of a money maker as the Lipo but really I paid money just like
everyone else. Did not ever feel like my body was just as important than everyone else that walked in the door. I drove 30 miles each time to be not treated like I mattered. Ugh”

“An absolute NIGHTMARE. I had my procedure March 2020, paid for the 360 lipo which includes upper and lower abdomen/flanks/bra area/love handles. I financed through the Special Financing Company. The day of my procedure before getting started Dr. Roosevelt Peebles examined me and drew on the areas to be treated, I took the anxiety medication they give, and all was fine. During the procedure it seemed to be going as expected, then at the end the Dr. said “I don’t feel safe going into the upper abdomen area” which was all that was left, and ended the procedure. In my mind that meant he planned to do it at a later date, he’s the doctor and knows best so I had no problem with that despite it being inconvenient. But safety and health comes first so I was perfectly fine with that. I went home and started the recovery process, a week later had my first (and only) post op appointment. I showed up to the post op appointment late (my own fault) so I didn’t get to see Dr. Peebles that day. But I did see a nurse whose name I cannot remember and she took photos and I brought it up to her that he didn’t treat the upper abdomen and asked when he planned to do that part. She seemed confused and was like “are you sure?” I was like look for yourself there are no incision marks and you can definitively see where the fat was removed from my abdomen vs where it was not. She said it must just be the swelling making it look like that. I said check the notes, surely he wrote in there that he didn’t do the upper abdomen. She checked and said no it says all areas were in fact treated. I said that’s not the case, he said himself in the OR that he didn’t do it and you can see I have no incision marks. She tried to say a birth mark I had must have been the incision mark. You can clearly see what marks are incision marks and what marks are not. So she went to find the doctor to ask him directly, and I’m thinking ok there’s some misunderstanding and the doctor will be able to clear this up. But no, she came back and said “Dr. Peebles says he did treat all the areas.” My mind was blown. I couldn’t see him that day since it was past my appointment time but the nurse told me her manager would call me and we’d get this straightened out. Nobody ever called me, not even to schedule second and third post op appointments, not to schedule the arm tightening treatments I was also supposed to receive, nothing. I sent emails, never got a response. I knew they’d closed for a bit due to covid and gave the benefit of the doubt that they weren’t just blowing me off and this was due to the pandemic. Which was fine. I decided to be patient, continued to pay the $302 per month to the financing company and didn’t complain. But it’s now been almost a year and still nothing. I recently contacted Sono Bello and left messages but never got a call back. So i called again and was able to speak to the manager Sue, who apologized for not calling me back due to other patients and things she was dealing with (mind you, when I was in the process of deciding whether or not to do this procedure, they were relentless and dedicated in their communication. Once they got my money they seem to no longer care). Anyways I spoke Sue and told her I’d like to put my payments on hold until we get the situation resolved. I am pregnant and feel it’s not fair to continue paying for a service that was not fully rendered. Sue told me she would contact the finance company and see about getting payments put on hold and call me back. never happened. I was charged again this month and so I talked to the finance company today who told me their SVP Lyndie told them the services were fully rendered, I even had my post op appointments, and there was no issue. I don’t know who this person is and have never spoken to her. I contacted sono bello again today to talk to Sue, was told she won’t be able to call me back till next week. These people clearly don’t care or stand by their guarantees or their services. Next step is getting lawyers or the BBB or both involved. My scars also look awful.”

I went back exactly at my procedure time and the nurses are so sweet and make you feel comfortable as soon as you get there. My surgeon (Dr. Berger) was excellent!! I haven’t seen my results yet (I had my lipo yesterday) but there is no doubt they are going to be amazing!! “Had my surgery on New Year’s Eve. Upper/lower abs, back and bra roll. It has been 7 weeks and I am blown away by the results. I have 3 grown children and despite diet and exercise, I could not get rid of “ring” around my midsection. It affected how my clothes fit and was very frustrating. So glad I decided to have this done. Sill have some toning to do and holiday weight to lose but so far I have lost 5 inches off my waist.
Dr Peebles and the staff are great! Always there to answer your questions. While I can’t say that the procedure was completely painless for me, it wasn’t any kind of pain that would keep me from doing it again. Dr Pebbles and the nurse were very accommodating and watchful during the procedure. Stopping multiple times to check on my pain level and administer additional pain meds if needed.

“I hope this review helps someone. This is my experience. Yesterday I got upper ab lipo, lower ab lipo, back/bra lipo and a tummy tuck. I believe the proper terminology is trisculpt EX. The staff is super friendly. Surprisingly I felt no pain during the procedure. I actually was sleep during the procedure because I didn’t get much sleep the night before. The doctor told me I was a good patient maybe that was because I was sleep and took it like a G. I was expecting to be in soooo much pain but I have not been in any. If I begin to feel pain I take a perc that was prescribed and the pain goes right away. I slept so good last night. I just want to thank Sono Bello for being so amazing.”

“So I had posted 3months ago about my horrible experience I have had at the Sonno Bello in Brentwood Tennessee. After the first post I was contacted by the manager & she was very kind & started a process to rectify my situation which was put into action. After the process had started & was told I would be receiving an unlimited amount of the Venus treatments to try & help w/ the horrible results I had received from my procedure due to a great amount of dishonestly of the surgeon I had spoken too before the procedure. My body is deformed & I am mortified. This manager who was handling my case load w/ them has left the company I have not been notified what so ever & would’ve never known if wouldn’t have contacted by them about an appointment that I was suppose to be set up in November w/ a surgeon to continue trying to solve this problem which I was told I would not be having to pay for due to my horrible experience. After asking to speak to the manager I was informed she was on vacation & it would take another wk to be contacted. This is totally unacceptable & unprofessional! Then the receptionist calls me back to tell me what limited information she could help me w/ . When I asked her about the Venus treatment situation it had been changed to only 6 treatments comp’d . I can’t believe the unprofessional way this is being handled. I am paying almost 10,000$ for this! This is a process that took me many years to decide to do & it really s horrible I don’t even want to be seen by my wife W/ out my cloths on I am mortified! I pray no one else has to deal w/ this horrible experience. ”

“My experience at Sono Bello in Brentwood, TN was excellent. The staff are so kind and helpful. Dr. Berger did an amazing job on the work I had done. I could not be happier with my results. Every question I had was answered even if it was after hours. Nurse Sherry is amazing and made me feel very at ease. I get extremely anxious about any procedure and she was there to literally hold my hand and talk me through it all. I can’t list everyone, but they are all truly amazing people who genuinely cared about my wellbeing and my happiness with my results. Dr. Berger was even available directly by his own cell phone after hours to answer my questions and called me personally the next day to see how I was doing. I was hesitant to go through this process at first because of course it’s a big decision and not an easy one to make to decide to have one’s body altered, but I’m so glad I found Sono Bello and decided to have the trisculpt done. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made for my physical appearance and my happiness with my body. “Nurses Jennifer and Chelsay are absolutely amazing!! Both nurse were very supportive, thorough, and compassionate in assisting me throughout, from pre-op through post-op and my recovery period. Jennifer was there with me the entire time and Chelsay took over for post-op and called me after my surgery to make sure things were going well and if I had any concerns or complications. The nurses are very knowledgeable, straight forward, and honest about everything you may and will experience from beginning to end, and they were always available for my questions and concerns. The front office staff is equally as friendly, helpful, warm and compassionate as they assist you along the way. Lauren Grimes was absolutely wonderful and very supportive as well! She helped me to begin this new start to my life and I thank her dearly!
Finally, my surgeon Dr. Berger (gotta love his accent) was very thorough and concerned about my overall health and thoroughly explained my procedure and the expectations after the procedure. He personally called me the next day to make sure I was okay. He was very professional and clear, but yet compassionate and courteous. Everything happened exactly how he said it would and there were no surprises. Dr. Berger, the nurses, and office staff made this a remarkable experience for me! “I’m in my 40’s and after working out for years and still having trouble spots, I decided to give Sono Bello a shot. Dr. Pratt in Brentwood worked with me to figure out how to make me look my best and get the most bang for my buck. The surgery was an outpatient procedure and I was headed home by lunch time. My nurse Sherri was amazing! She kept me informed on everything going on and was so sweet and caring through my recovery time after I was done. I had surgery (including skin removal) on Friday and was up and about like normal on Sunday. Dr Pratt called to check on me the next day and was available after hours when I had questions too. “This experience has been a complete nightmare! I’ll start first with saying it started with the consultant. I was led to believe the results of the procedure I was inquiring about would be fantastic. Making me feel comfortable & confident about all of this. So I paid my deposit then went in for my pre op consultation w/the surgeon Dr. Brasher. He looked at the areas I wanted done & assured me the results would look great. After much conversation I told him that I was diabetic as part of the info they needed . He told me during conversation that I could probably come off insulin in his opinion idly I was to lose 15-20 pounds. Along w/ info about how they would go about the procedure telling me that I would be given what they call “ A cocktail” of medication which would relax me getting me ready on procedure day when being prepped for procedure. I was told that if I was still in & nervous I could be given just one extra dose of Xanax to help. After I told them I was still having high anxiety they ignored me & took me in to start. It was so painful after them telling me if I said I was in pain or needed more relax meds I told them & still ignoring me. The Dr would not stop even though the pain was excruciating! I kept telling him the whole time me feeling every bit of this process. The nurse that was in the room did try to comfort me but it did no good. It was some of the worst pain I’ve ever felt. Also after being told more than once how limited to healing process would take it took 2 months much missed work. At my 2 month visit I asked the nurse if I still needed to wear my garment she told me as long as I wasn’t in any pain I didn’t need too it was only for nerve pain if needed at this point after returning for my 3 month visit I still could not see the Dr as promised. I had to make an extra appt. the. After getting to finally see the Dr to express my concerns about very limited results he seemed that he didn’t really care telling me & contradicting himself saying I had loose skin in the areas that he removed skin it was because I had lost weight w/ the nurse all along staying to him in front of me I had only lost 1lb since pre op. He ignored her. Then when he asked about me wearing garment I told him ‘ he said “Oh No! We missed something g along the way “ telling me I should’ve been wearing it then I expressed the wrong info the nurse had given me then he ignored me telling me the deformed areas would be permanent while nurse just stood there not saying anything about the wrong info I had been given . I can’t believe this! My body is deformed & im paying almost 9000$. If something is not done I will be seeking counsel due to mal practice. Being given improper info & contractions of information. As I have already contacted BBB ALSO.”

“I am on my second month post surgery. I was ok at first, but now I'm not extremely happy with my results. They take a skin off my lower abdomen but the upper and lower abs I'm not happy with. I had lipo on upper and lower abdomen. Upper back lipo and the Trisculpt Ex. My stomach is not as flat as I want it to be. I wear the garment every day for 12 hrs as instructed, low carb diet, work out 5 days a week (cardio, weights, ab workouts) and it is still not where I need it to be. I am considering going in and doing a second surgery for the lower and upper abs, and waist. However, the staff is great.”

“I want to start off by saying that the staff are nice. They are kind and bubbly, and will answer all your questions to the best of their knowledge. The doctor tried to talk some during the procedure so you know what's going on. I was also signed up for Venus and the girl who gave me my treatment was awesome and it wasn't painful at all.
However, the reasons I gave a 3 instead of 5 star -
In my consultation the consultant had made a comment about how the Dr. Had just jokingly said "Seriously, L**** where did you get your medical degree" because of something she had said. So to me I feel like at that moment I was played to believe she had one. After looking up other reviews on other Sono Bello locations about the consultant just being the sales person, I looked her up on Facebook and sure enough she is in marketing, not medical.
I feel like that should be made clear from the beginning, as my decision may not have been the same had I known. I do feel a medical professional should do the consults. After I agreed and met my Dr., he said conflicting things as to what was said in my original consult... and you only get to meet with him once you have paid a good bit of money out of pocket.
Second - I was lead to believe that the pain would be way different. Maybe I'm just an abnormality, but my procedure was very painful. The numbing process was uncomfortable and slightly painful, but the suctioning was the worst for me. My belly button felt like it was on fire and staid that way for hours. I couldn't make it go away and the pain made me nauseous, so procedure day wasn't good at all. As soon as I was able to see my husband I told him I'd never do it again and I truly wouldn't while awake. Each day after got a little better but it took a week to heal enough to feel normal again.
3rd - while there is a difference and I'm appreciative that I've had some results to show for it...it isn't as good as I expected especially for the cost. I'm almost 4 months out so there's still room for some improvement, but I don't expect much more if any. My 3 month and 1 month progress photos look the same... and I've actually started a more physical job/picked up more activity between the two so that was depressing. I think I've lost 10lbs overall - their scales and my scales have been off from each other from the beginning.
I had my upper and lower stomach, waist, and back bra area treated. My back carries the most results. My "mom pouch" was crooked before the procedure and I thought the contouring would fix it, at least a little but it didn't. It did mostly take away my problematic love handles though and the mom pouch doesn't sag as much now, but I still think I need a tummy tuck to be happy. And that was a concern I voiced in my original consult and later on days before the procedure. I think it was pushed to the side because they don't do tummy tucks there and they didn't want to lose a client, which honestly bothers me the most.”

“I started this journey with Sono Bello weighing 136 lbs, due to a 20 lbs weight gain over the last couple of years which had become more than just a battle. It was an all out war on my self confidence, energy level, and quality of life. I had finally started working out seriously and eating smarter but this extreme effort was not enough, so what else could I do? Sono Bello! This procedure has gotten me over the hump, and now I feel like I don’t have to starve myself and the four times a week at my gym are actually worth it.
I felt very informed about the procedure and selecting Dr. Burgdorf as my surgeon. The entire staff held my hand through each phase of this process from deciding on the areas to choose, to procedure prep, to recovery. I especially loved the weekly emails after my procedure that explained what to expect at that point in my recovery. There were no hidden costs and the communication was very clear. The recovery was minimal, and I was able to go back to my job in education in 48 hours. I have no scars which is still incredible to see. My procedure was done the last Saturday in February, and I was in a bathing suit on a cruise for spring break the last week in March! The Sono Bello crew was so caring, and made me feel like I was in good hands from the front desk to the surgery room. <3”

Ive been struggling for years with the yo yo up and down with the weight losing and not feeling really good about myself because of having 3 natural births my skin stretched past its limitations so sagging was a problem, but now I'm thrilled with my 1 week visit! I'm looking so forward to see how far this kickstarter is going to change my mind, my will, and my life! Yah I'm sure everyone at first are very sceptical about these sorts of things, but I'm the go getter type when I get set on something and I'm EXTREMELY excited of how things are going! I already feel like a new chapter has started for me and it's just going to get better!! Dr. Marten said "don't get discouraged there will be swelling and bruising" he wasn't kidding Haha, but in 1 short week I already see results! I did this for me and I'm so happy I did!!

“The whole staff are pleasant to deal with. From cheerful attitude when you first come through the door and meet Chelsey the receptionist to all the RNs, including the second Chelsey. They have a way to put you at ease. The Dr. Marten goes the extra mile and personally called us at end of day to check on our wellbeing. Is there room for improvement? Yes. I wish they would add a hypnotist to suggest quitting bad habits and perhaps add additional suggestions to reduce potential pain. However, I would still give them a five. I did not go into this with rose colored glasses. Losing fat no matter the method is going to be uncomfortable. Especially if the circumstances bring you to this conjecture. After considering research of various methods, I weighed this to be more preferred. The only pain that I remember feeling was the lidocaine being administered and asking the doctor if he was going to include a Sono Bello tattoo with the surgery.”
