“Lacks the professionalism for a Healthcare facility. I came in 15 minutes early for my 8:15 appointment per the text message. I checked in at 8:00am and forms were done by 8:05am. This place still uses paper to ask about your medical history. They're behind the time as most healthcare are going paperless with having you complete the forms online with a tablet. I waited till 8:45 and went to ask the receptionist how much longer. She said another 10 minutes. after 10 minutes of still waiting, I walked out. No professionalism and the receptionist wasn't friendly.”

The moment I walked in and met with the staff, they were very professional.
I met with Lisa, who was the coordinator she was very friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease. She focuses on what you're looking for, and if it is achievable, we went over everything all the details so there are no surprises on what your part is..... she's awesome.
Then, I met with the nurse of the Amazing Dr. Ghisletta, who was also great at making you feel at ease. Dr. G, Omg is a very skilled and qualified doctor who delivers excellent results if you just do what she advises. I am so impressed and happy with my results, and im only 3 weeks out of surgery a1 week from second surgery. I had lipo and ab/ex. The procedure was less invasive than a traditional tummy tuck, and I healed and am still healing well and quickly, I had no complications whatsoever.
I am so looking forward to my 6 month body if what I have after 3 weeks is this good. I highly recommend SonoBello to get the job done.

“I scheduled a consultation on an early Saturday morning. I was asked to be in 15 minutes before my appointment which I was actually 30 minutes early. Upon arriving, I walked to the front desk. The woman behind the desk in front of the computer only acknowledge me when I said hi and informed her of who I was and that I had an appointment. She then handed me a clipboard and told me to fill out the paperwork. when I handed it back She just grabbed the clipboard, didn’t look up or say anything I had to ask Is there anything else needed from me. I was well ready for my 9:45 appointment however, 30 minutes past my appointment time I was still sitting there, no one bothered to let me know there was going to be a long wait. I gave it a few more minutes and then I left because I was still not called in yet. This place has a lack of common courtesy, lack of professionalism. I didn’t expect a wait like this on a weekend. There was only one person ahead of me when I came in an and she was already back there shortly after arriving. I’m assuming If our appointment is at 9:45 we shouldn’t expect to be seen a hour later. We all have things to do.”

“The only reason they got 4 stars is because the staff was excellent. Loved my doctor and the girls in the office. The abex they did on my stomach looks good. Unfortunately, for the $19k I paid, I still have bra rolls and my legs actually look worse than before. Now when I wear leggings you can see uneven bumps and bulges. I was told I needed to spend another $2500 per area for their Venus procedure. I'm sorry but for $19k I should be jumping for joy. I will post photos later.”

“I had my surgery this Thurs by Dr. Ashraf. She was amazing and I felt blessed to have her as my surgeon. She answered all my questions and gave me realistic expectations and honesty. She was also very warm and kind and has great bedside manner especially during surgery. I had 5 sections done at one time which is a lot but Dr. Ashraf works fast and makes you as comfortable as possible. During the more uncomfortable or sensitive areas nurse Kari was there comforting me and squeezing my hand which is exactly what I needed. Nurse Kari also has a really kind demeanor in general and I appreciate both Dr. Ashraf and nurse Kari very much. If I were to have another cosmetic procedure done I would 100% go to Dr. Ashraf and even travel if necessary to see her. Also wanted to thank nurse Julia for being amazing every step of the way from pre op appt, to perfectly putting in an IV before surgery and patiently answering all my questions post op… she is an integral part of the team that made this process smooth. It’s too soon post op to see full results and this requires patience but I do notice a difference and day 3 pain subsides dramatically. I’m excited for my post op this Thurs and to see the final results in 6 months. Having this procedure done has motivated me to calorie count again, eat clean, hydrate, and get on an excercise regiment as soon as I’m healed enough to do so. Thank you to the Sono Bello team for making the process seamless start to finish and for giving me the chance to have renewed confidence!”

“My experience with Sono Bello (Ontario, Ca) two months ago was a horror shit show! Actually, my problem is with Dr. G.....she was RUDE, ROUGH and MEAN to me during my procedure. She did not make me feel comfortable or safe, nor did she care about my wellbeing. She failed to administer the proper amount of numbing medicine for my body and I could feel every jab she did to my rib cage. When I told her that it hurts & I can feel it, she got mad and yelled at me to be quiet and to lay still. She sounded like a spoiled Diva, "I can't work in these conditions, if you don't lay still, I will cancel & you will be crooked! My body would flinch each time she jabbed that tool in my side. In the end, she did not complete what I pre-paid for and kept that fact a secret from me. My body is crooked and I feel like I got butchered. Dr. G's behavior was unprofessional, and I would NEVER EVER recommend her for any kind of procedure!”

I needed to get the weight off my bad knees so I chose to be aggressive on my thighs, everyone from checking me in to wheeling me out to go home were amazing. I have to give a huge shout out to Dr. Ashraf, she is absolutely amazing! I’m on my first day after my procedure and although being a little sore I am up walking with no pain. I can’t believe I’m sitting here and walking around pain free! I highly recommend that if you’re wanting to change something that you think of Sonobello first. “My experience was a few years ago, the staff was incredibly nice. I had several areas done but my main areas were my upper and lower stomach. When I was having the procedure done they spent 80 of my time doing my back area not my abdomen. Then I was given the wrong garment 3 times. I spent 10k and the only thing that looked good was my back. I asked about my stomach area going down but was always told it was swelling. The state only allows a certain amount of fat to be removed so if you have several areas only do a little at a time because you might not get what you want.”

“I gave 3 stars because I feel like sono bello is just out for the money, I had my consultation with Sierra, and just like others said, "she jumped right into the money" another reason why I gave 3 star's is because for the price of my procedure I didn't get what I signed up for, I didn't find out until the day of my procedure that I was only getting my lower abs done! I was so upset because when I had my consultation with "Sierra" I expressed to her that my abs was my main concern, so she pinched my whole stomach and told me how much fat could be potentially taken out because of the muscle in my stomach. I was so upset because I knew that if I decided to cancel right then and there that I would lose a portion of my money that I had paid, so no! I wouldn't recommend sono bello to anyone! Because now I'm walking around with my lower abs done and my upper abs are still the same, "what a waste"...SIERRA is not there anymore, but she quoted me for something that I did not get!...”

“The people were nice here BUT I highly regret getting my procedure done. After the procedure there's lumps you have to massage. I did it as instructed. Ate well. Worked out. Still was the same size AND almost a year later still have the weird lumps on my lower stomach. I saw 0 results and now I feel disfigured and wasted my money and put myself through a traumatizing painful experience. it definitely wasn't worth any of it. And they had to reschedule me 2 or 3 times which was very inconvenient since I worked and I was wanting this done before my wedding. I even asked if there would be enough time in between the procedure and my wedding. I was told "oh yeah definitely" didn't lose an inch or a pound at all. Just gained new hard lumps on my lower belly that I never wanted. Now stuck making payments every month now for gosh knows how long for 0 results and torture and disfigurement. Just don't go here.”

I was unable to make my three month post up because I had Covid come up after that. They erased me from everything. No more follow ups no more emails nothing. Finally I figured I should call and they did not even have record of me having my procedure in their office, which I 1,000,000% did. I went today for my six month although it's been seven months and told them that I was not happy with all the lumps I still have and my lower abs are uneven. They told me that they don't do any kind of correction for that. She went to go see if they would do complementary venous therapy, must be something new, but they said if I didn't buy the package then I wouldn't have it. Which I was never aware there were packages nor was I offered so of course I did not have that. I am not happy with the fact that I still have all these lumps I would have rather a slightly bigger stomach that was smooth with no lumps than what I have now. I was not fat before I just wanted some body sculpting, so no I will not recommend. A few things that really concerned me are in the very beginning is that they don't even do bloodwork on you at all. They also make you pay before you even see a doctor to authorize that you are even good to go for the procedure. And there's no refunds. I definitely regret doing it and will never recommend anyone. I will be posting this also as a review any and everywhere I can. This is very unacceptable. Sidenote, I had to drive an hour and a half each way just to get to the office so clearly I wanted the results that I was promised and shown.

“At 59 years old I started my journey on losing weight in January weighing 242 lbs by May I had lost 30 lbs and I started looking into tummy tucks. I visited four different places and received quotes at the four places. My appointment was planned at 11:15 am per the instructions I arrive at 11 am to complete paperwork. 11:45 rolls around and I ask for an update, at that time they inform me that the person I'm scheduled to meet for the consultation wouldn't be there for another 45 minutes. This was my 2nd time coming in for a consultation and once I sat down with Miranda, I remembered why I had chose not to proceed with Sono Bello. Miranda had the same withdrawn demeanor as before. She is very vague and dismissive. It was hard to get her to provide any information on the actual procedure. I had to keep probing her to get her to explain the procedure to me and even then, her answers were short and condescending. I walked in, she finds out the problem areas, and then she jumps into pricing. It seems like she wants you to make a purchase, without telling you anything about you’re spending your money on. Maybe she assumed I knew what the procedure was because I had been there before but I didn’t. I felt that my questions should’ve been answered, not dismissed.”

“My positive experience began with my in-person Sonobello patient Care Consultant Joanne Ebinger who was very personable, informative and extremely supportive. I had fun and it only got better.
At my pre-op appointment I was so nervous but the Reception Desk personnel were so incredibly nice that I began to feel more relaxed.
Upon meeting Dr Bhuller, I was most impressed with his bedside demeanor and how he really took a special interest in the areas of my body I wish to change; also explaining in great detail exactly what he would like to do with respect to my procedure and why. “I am 4 days post-op and very happy with my whole experience. I had an unexpected break in my schedule and within about 1week was able to have my consultation (Maggie was supportive, up-front, and great to work with), and pre-op appointment (Dr. Bhuller assessed me, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and put me at ease). The nurse had had a procedure 5 days prior and although stiff and sore, was back at work and very happy with her results already. A week later I had my procedure. Patricia was my nurse, she did a great job explaining the process, started my IV, and was with me through the whole procedure. My blood pressure was a little high from excitement and anticipation and nerves so when Dr. Bhuller came in he described what he was to do, showed me how it felt and talked to me patiently which helped me relax and brought my BP down. Dr. Bhuller, Patricia, and the meds all worked together to make my procedure as comfortable as possible. Afterwards, I felt great. Now I'm a little swollen, stiff and sore but I keep moving and even with the swelling I can see a difference in my shape, which I love.
If you're thinking about reshaping your body, I would contact them, the consultation is free and you've got nothing to lose. They were very responsive through email and the whole process of setting up an appointment was super easy. I highly recommend meeting Dr. Bhuller and the staff at the Ontario Sono Bello location.”

Yuli at the front desk is so sweet and accommodated me when I was stuck in traffic for my consult.

“It is lipo suction and you are awake...but the laser part impressed me so i went for it. The staff couldn't be nicer. My experience was painful but tolerable. Nurses couldn't get my IV inserted. Succeeded after 4th try. Doctor and nurse were very good in following up with me and checking on me. When I got home I did not do well with one pain pill. Was very sick and couldn't even keep a bite of cracker down or extra strength tylenol with water. My healing improved but turned very purple in areas. I couldnt go to work the next day due to vomiting still. Im now doing better and going for my follow up in 2 days. I am hopeful that the results are going to be all worth it!!!
Because of no anesthesia and hospital room or operation room....it was a cheaper price than conventional lipo. I am also hopeful the laser part is a plus in this kind of procedure. I am also getting follow up Venus treatments.”

“After careful consideration and much debate I decided to go ahead with this procedure “ TriSculpt E/X. The overall experience has been excellent one. I chose the Ontario, CA. facility and met with there consultant Ms. K. Vega. She listened patiently to my thoughts and concerns and answered all questions. She explained the postoperative healing process. She was up front about the many procedures and transparent on the costs. She is a very sweet and thoughtful person. She also assigned a wonderful surgeon Dr. A. Bhuller. The surgery day went well and I was back home the same day. The nursing staff was also very helpful in informing my husband as to the care I was going to need. The follow up call from the surgeon Dr. Bhuller the next day was really appreciated and also calls from the nursing staff in the days that followed. This review is six weeks postoperative and the physical results are very amazing! Anyone considering this procedure call Ms. Vega and she will put you to ease!

My experience in the Ontario center was nothing but professional, kind, caring and perfect from start to finish. The aftercare was all I could ask. A friend that had similar service did not see her physician for any visits after the surgery. I was fortunate that Dr. Bhullar has been there for each visit. When I did an after-hour call, he returned the call within 10 minutes. He also smoothed the way for me to get an appointment the next day.

“In a nutshell - BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE FOR MYSELF!!! Second best decision - using Sono Bello, Ontario. I apologize in advance for not being able to do this rating justice and the put into words the recognition that it truly deserves. My experience with Sono Bello,Ontario was top notch - BETTER than I could have even hoped for. From the beginning - there was a bit of a mix up with the initial scheduled consult appt. I thought, "great - nothing good can come from this..." I wasn't a happy camper when I met with EV. However, her contagious smile and ability to calm me down and relate to me instantly turned my mood and in all honesty it wasn't her fault scheduling was messed up. EV took the time to explain the process, gave me realistic expectations for results, down time, pain levels, etc. She was amazing!!! EV unknowingly set the tone for what I could expect from the rest of the staff at Sono Bello. Before I could even ponder what I was getting myself into, I told her "where do I sign and how quickly can we get this done?" EV magically did her thing with financing and had me scheduled 1 week later. From that initial consult things moved very fast due to my scheduled procedure date. I met with Dr. B. the next day - Wow!! I was completely blown away by a Dr. who really took the time to meet with me and talk with me regarding the areas of my concern and made suggestions that would ultimately make the experience THAT MUCH BETTER. Dr. B was personable, didn't make me feel rushed or overwhelmed and was easy to relate to as well - I trusted her immediately and knew I had made the right decision. The LVN's, trainers and surrounding staff - TOP NOTCH!!. When I walk thru the doors at Sono Bello, I don't feel like a client. I feel like I am part of the office family. Everybody that I came into contact with was positive, smiling, encouraging and always put my well being and comfort level first. It was that level of comfort that made my experience a great one. Last, but not least - lets talk about the RESULTS of Dr. B's magic hand.... I COULD NOT be happier!!! Thank you Dr. B for your suggestions, professionalism, and for your ability to bring back a level of happiness in myself that I haven't seen in awhile. I am blown away by the results and it has been less than 2 weeks. I can't wait to see the final result.
