“I have been wanting liposuction to my back and my chin for a very long time. Over a year ago I inquired about a consultation, but the offices were in Fort Wayne. This year I realized they had Office in South Bend and decided to go to check out pricing. I inquired that I would like my upper and lower abdomen, Mid back and upper back and dorsal pad and my chin lipo suctioned. I got an appointment the same day. I went in, not expecting to be able to afford all of this to be done at the same time and anticipated having to save once I figured out a ballpark range of pricing. I had a consult with Chantal who was down to earth and answered all my questions. She broke everything down for pricing to find me the best deal. I applied for CareCredit before and had been denied. I was approved this time and all areas that I wanted are now being done in two weeks! It could’ve been done ever sooner but I planned for a weekend slot which is an amazing option to have. I had some issues with my card and paying and these ladies were amazing and always happy to answer questions or give me some grace in making my payment which will be made before surgery. Jessica at the front desk was handling billing and so helpful and pleasant as well! Honestly the best customer service I’ve received in a long time! I only wish I had done this sooner and can’t wait to see my results!”

“I went to this branch a few days back. I have been looking for a place to get rid of my excess skin since I have lost weight. The person I talk to on the phone I was very specific about wanting my extra skin taken off but nothing about liposuction. I get there and start talking to the salesperson because let be honest that was what she was, she informed me they don’t do just skin removal. So I think ok if they can take a few pounds of fat and the serveral pounds of extra skin I’ll be happy with that. I assume they would take body measurements to figure out how much body fat I had in those areas but they didn’t all she did was tell me by my height and weight and said I was 31 bmi. That great but in recent years it’s been proven that is not accurate anymore. The biggest issue I have with this is the fact that there scale charges you more the more bmi you have. I am fairly muscular always have been so that form of find bmi is not going to be accurate. Then once I stated I will lose the 15 extra pounds before going forward she offer me a discount. The whole thing sounds like a scam to take more money from you by inaccurate scales of taking bmi measurements. I would never give my hard earned money to this place.”
