I told her I had some upcoming vacations in May and she told me “oh you will be fine”. The doctor and nurse explained to me it take 6-8 weeks to heal. I asked Tiffany were their any side effects or contraindications and she stated “no none at all”. There are contraindications and side effects with every surgical procedure. She told me with this procedure I would be summer bod ready this summer. As the nurse and doctor explained to me at pre op, you can have swelling up to 6 months. So no I was not happy at all with Tiffany at my consult. Be honest so people know what to expect. I was extremely happy with my pre op visit and the surgical experience. Dr. Eid, Kirstyn, and Audrey were very honest, informative, great bed side manor, and addressed all my questions and concerns honestly.”

“From the first consultation in Tulsa with Tiffany to being rolled out the door by Kortney after my laser lipo procedure on OKC, this place is 5 stars all the way. I’d give more if I could. They take such care to make sure you understand what is happening and that you are comfortable. “I love and trust Dr. Holsey! She remained true to her 100% satisfaction guarantee. I'm 62 years old and am so thankful that I took the giant leap and had my estrogen apron and front bra handles removed. She performed micro-laser liposuction on my upper, lower, and sides of the abdomen and the front bra-handles.
Recovery was ROUGH but not so rough that I would not do it again. I wanted the left bra-handle to be touched up and Dr. Holsey agreed.

This is not the first time that I have noticed her integrity. Before the first procedure, I had already fully paid for the procedure but she was willing to refund the money UNLESS I agreed to get a release from my neurologist about a previous unrelated diagnosis. I can not think of many doctors that would have been willing to give up cash that easily because so many seem to be "money-hungry".”

“I had an amazing experience with Sono Bello. I started out in Tulsa but had my procedure in OKC. The staff at both places was amazing as they walked me through every step of the way. On any concern I had they were able to put my mind at ease. They were just excited in my journey as I was.
I had my upper and lower stomach , waist, front and back bra roll areas and chin done. I am 53 years old so I did not expect to come out like I was in my 20's. My results were beyond my expectations and I am very happy I made this choice. You need to be real with your expectations because not everyone's skin goes back the same. Do I look like I am in my 20's? No, but I feel like it! I am amazed how just taking the extra fat especially around the stomach area how my back feels so much better. Does it hurt you ask? Not gonna lie it was not a cake walk but I will say it did not hurt so bad that I would not do it again. I absolutely would! Childbirth is painful but we still have kids. Does it cost alot you ask? I expected more, it's not cheap but it's not as expensive as I thought. Don't let your fears stop you from making the best decision for you. Not only will you love your results but your body will thank you for it. Don't take my word for it I am just a satisfied customer, a stranger to you but if you are not happy with your appearance and want a change then do it and stop letting your fears and excuses get in your way. Your not getting any younger each day that goes by is a day older and a day wasted. It's time for you to be happy and only you can make the change.

“I inquired online. Then I immediately start getting text messages from Mary, the patient "ambassador ". She gives me a general price of $1500 per area. I read other reviews that said the actual medical clinic was in OKC.I SPECIFICALLY ask Mary where the procedures are done. She plainly tells me they are done TULSA. I waste an entire day. Hire a babysitter. Make the 3 1/2 hour round-trip. I get there to an OFFICE BUILDING where they inform me that the procedures are done in OKC. I cannot even see the location until I agree to the procedure apparently. I told the "coordinator" that Mary lied to me. She didn't seem to care. The price ended up being $1800 per area (understandable) BTW, your stomach is THREE AREAS. This was nothing more than a sales pitch. I understand cosmetic surgery is expensive, but when they lie to begin with its a little scary. BTW, you cn get lipo for HALF the price in Miami. My total quote ended up being over $10,000 for stomach, inner thigh only and chin. This still is a reasonable price, but after seeing how they did me, I will never use this facility.”

I scheduled my Procedure in November 22 ,2022 and they called and rescheduled it for the next day which was a bummer and kind of set the stage that the company maybe wasn’t really set up well that it couldn’t even get it’s surgeries in order, in my opinion, but maybe I’m wrong and it was an off day. I also understand there’s sometimes unexpected changes that occur in life. I don’t like change much and I don’t want things to change once they have been decided, BUT I had been SO looking forward to this kind of procedure for the past 10 years since my kids and I was so excited to do this so I accepted that they rescheduled it for the next day and was going to go forward with it. THEN after the pre op appt they called again before the surgery and canceled the surgery due to old medications I had been prescribed and been taken off of months prior. I honestly should’ve just walked away then!!! But They tried to get me scheduled with another ” better “ surgeon which I thought was nice at first. But the more I thought about it, the more concerned and uneasy I became and uncomfortable with the idea, so I decided to cancel the second surgery well before Christmas. And I asked for a refund. I was told I would get a refund for my money credited back on my credit card BEFORE the first of the year. The first of the year came and went and I didn’t see any money. I called and was told I would be mailed a check because it had been so long the money could not be put back on my credit card. More time goes by and I still have not seen my check. It is 30th of January and I do not have my refund still and I get very little updates or input from staff members regarding my refund except the fact that it is coming and that it was sent to be cut on January 9. I asked for an update today and was told they would check and I heard nothing back in response. I am beyond frustrated because I feel like the company does not process refunds promptly nor do I feel like returning my money is a priority to them. They were absolutely excited to help me and take my THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS but now that I canceled getting it back has been a nightmare. I am so disappointed in this and wish I never even considered it. I deal with finances at the TULSA OFFICE. And was scheduled for surgery with OKC office.”

“This place is a joke. You walk into a building that is under construction with no signs pointing you in the right direction. So if you happen to go, it’s on the 3rd floor. You check in at the desk that’s not Sono Bello & sit for about 20 minutes. Finally someone comes to get you to take you to another room to forget you’re there. She gave me paperwork & came back 30 minutes later to get it. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. The lady walks in to get the patient before and says I’ll come back in a little while for you. So the same person does all the consultations? And is she always that behind? Finally I decided to get up and walk out 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time. I’ve been gone for 25 minutes & they still haven’t called or realized or just don’t care. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever dealt with. I’m mad I drove all the way here, espies with gas prices. I couldn’t even tell anyone I was leaving, it was a random hallway of doors & everyone was hiding. Do not go here. It’s a waste of time , management is horrible and they have no sense of time management”

“I basically paid them thousands of dollars to look deformed and ridiculous. The problem is that you don’t meet with an actual plastic surgeon at your first meeting. They rope you in by saying how great you’re going to look. Having had a previous tummy tuck the lipo has made my stomach look deformed due to the scar tissue around my naval. When I did finally meet with the PS for pre-op I should have been told then that my results would not be good. But they already had my money so...

“I don’t agree that each area cost the same and goes off your BMI. Way to much money . It would be okay if you didn’t keep adding the same cost to each procedure. Over $15,000. Is way to much! I wasn’t offered any other options of maybe starting some where then coming back later for other areas. I made the suggestion. Still wasn’t happy because I didn’t know that the price was off my BMI until I asked. Sad that your charging that way!!!!”
