“Awful experience. I was awake and not loopy for my procedure. I voiced my concerns about feeling every stick and movement, my nurse missed my iv serval times and they don’t even offer iv pain medications. I am a registered nurse in an er and we do an array of procedures in Ed and make sure our patients are as comfortable as they can be. Pain is considered a vital sign. I was 10/10 pain the entire time with tachycardia and rapid breathing due to pain and nothing was given to manage that. I asked for more pain meds post procedure and was told no . I left in tears and dressed myself and walked my self . I did not even need a driver. I would not recommend this place or procedure . I will be canceling my skin removal and additional services. I recently had laser on my face and was given more meds to be comfortable. After spending over $13,000 this was not worth the experience you endure. Ladies take your hard earned money and go to a place that can offer real pain management. My doctor left the building before I could get dressed and out the door totally unacceptable . As a health care provider our job is to manage our patients comfortably and at least see them before you run out the office. Additionally I am one day post op paid for upper abdomen area and it was not done only my lower abdomen. Called the center no one in office so after all I endured they didn’t even do an area I paid for !”

I found Claudette to be very warm and welcoming when she greeted me. This was a great first impression. While speaking with her, I never felt rushed. She explained the pain levels and ask what expectation I had about this procedure. Her explanation of how pricing is determined was excellent and very easy to understand. I really appreciate the time the knowledge and the warm and welcoming atmosphere she exudes. I’m in the process of making the decision if this type of procedure would be right for me, but it was definitely a pleasant experience working with her! “I have had so much trouble trying to get an issue rectified with Sono Bello in the Westchester office. I have also been reaching out to the corporate office. They were responsive in the beginning and now I am not getting any callbacks. I am very dissatisfied with my procedure and the scarring that I haveon four parts of my body. I would recommend if you were seriously looking into these procedures that you fully educate yourself on what the outcomes would be. I was very excited to work with Sono Bello on my transformation, now I am sorry that I did my procedures. I was told that if I did my stomach area, I would achieve flat and tight results, that is definitely not the case. Now the surgeon is telling me that I would never be able to achieve a flat tight result! She is stating that it is due to visceral fat. I was never told that this could even be a possibility. While I do understand some of that, I never had such a large visceral fat deposit before the surgery. I also have a lot of Discomfort of my abdominal area at the end of the day, if I wear clothing that may be a little more restrictive, Like jeans, dress pants, etc... I never had this prior to my Surgery . I am also very dissatisfied with the scaring on my body. I have four areas in which the scars have not healed. They are embarrassing and very unsightly. My surgery was almost a year ago and they have still not healed”

“I’m a busy mom who wanted to complete my makeover with the least down time possible and after doing an extensive research I learnt about Sonobello. The overall reviews online weren’t very encouraging but when I decided to narrow it down to the Westchester clinic which is closest to me I was blown away by their customer service and patient satisfaction expressed online. It was very easy getting an initial /free consultation. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dee who was very professional and knowledgeable. She assessed my expectations and gave detailed information on what was offered and the cost. I liked her transparency and ability to answer questions and so I decided to take the next step. I decided to do liposuction to abdomen, waist, bra roll and Abex and was able to schedule my surgery for a week later. At the post op visit I first met with RN Kelly and surgeon Dr Domantovsky (Dr D)who were both very knowledgeable and clearly explained how to prepare for surgery and what to expect during and after the procedure. On day of surgery Dr D and nurses Betty and Nia were all phenomenal, they were extremely patient and caring. I was very comfortable during the procedure and felt absolutely no pain. I felt very relaxed while Dr D did her thing. I felt a bit sore after getting home but I took pain medications as ordered for 2 days and followed all post operative instructions. I received phone calls from Dr D after getting home and nurses during the week to ensure that I was doing well, which was very impressive. I didn’t feel just like a number but an actual patient . I was able to move around the next day and although still swollen I could see my results. I’m now day 5 post op and I’m loving my new body even more and in no pain or discomfort. I have no regrets going to Sonobello. Thanks so much for your excellent service and amazing team!!”

“The staff is great at the location. All the nurses are wonderful. It would have been nice to see the surgeon after procedure. I had Abex and my inner thighs done. I am over 3 months post op. While I am happy with the Abex, I have run into an issue. It seems that it was missed that I have a large hernia that is protruding from my umbilical area. Not sure why this was not caught during the procedure. So after all the work done and the recovery, I do not have a flat tummy and having issues healing. Also, it was definitely not worth the money getting my inner thighs done. The do not not look good. I mentioned to the nurse at my post op last month and she said I’d prob have to get them redone. I should not have to pay if that is the case, no one told me they would look bumpy.

I look in the mirror everyday thinking I should've went out of the country to get the results I wanted. In March I got my full abdominal, waist, and bra roll. Let's start here under the recommendations of the consultant I got my bra roll. Getting my bra roll lipo was a waste of money. My money would've been better spent getting my lower back liposuction. The roll on my lower back seems more obvious now that my waist was lipo. The surgeon obviously spent a lot of time getting rid of my fupa, but now my upper abs looks uneven compared to the rest of my stomach. I'm an athletic person and know what my stomach looks like when it's toned and flat. I gained weight and love my curves. I wanted a snatched waistline to enhance them. If you want fat reduction go here. But you're not going to get a snatched waistline. I feel like my money could've been better spent somewhere else.”

“I recently had a less than satisfactory experience at Sonobello. This will be a honest review. I am four weeks post operative.
Let’s start off with the sales consultation. You meet with the sales consultant and they are there to guide you on the process of what you’re going to receive and what the balance owed will be to accomplish that goal. First and foremost, I felt like my sales consultant came off genuine but as the conversation proceeded, there was miscommunication and at some point in the conversation she stated that she was a nurse, which, of course made me feel very comfortable with the direction we were going in this conversation. I later on found out that she’s not a nurse at all. She’s just a commission sales consultant. I did feel that there was a lot of room for negotiation and they’re very aggressive with trying to close. the my original procedure was quoted at almost $16,000 and they offered me next day surgery with a Discount. Of course I had to decline then they offered the procedure close to two weeks out with a discount I excepted that offer and was granted a final bill of $12,000. The things that were discussed in the consultation with completely different when you actually meet the doctor performing the surgery so that is also a false narrative when you’re dealing with Sonobello because your sales consultant is not a registered nurse so when you meet the doctor, it’s completely different expectations of what the doctor can actually accomplish versus what you discussed in the consulting room and I only say that because medically when you meet the doctor, they’re going to advise you what they can, and cannot achieve versus the sales consultant, selling you a dream, that everything‘s achievable.
The day of the procedure, I was made very comfortable by the nursing staff, and this is the only reason why I’m even giving this location to stars is solely for the nursing staff by far they were absolutely accommodating, very nurturing, answered all my questions, and they genuinely seem to like their job, which makes a patient very comfortable.
The physician that I was granted, was nice more on the colder side, very quick with answering questions she gave off the impression of booked and busy. During the operating procedure, the doctor was concerned and did answer all of my questions prior to the surgery happening.
After the surgery week 2, I noticed that I had a skin infection when I contacted Sonobello one of their office reps answered the phone. I explained to her that I was genuinely concerned about the left side of my skin. I wanted to set up an appointment to have someone look at me in person. Unfortunately, I was told to send a photo. I’ve had numerous surgeries and I’m talking about more than 10 in my lifetime. Usually when someone is concerned, they ask you to come in, the fact that I was told to send a photo of what I thought my issue was. I was absolutely insulted for $12,000 out of pocket. No medical insurance was used. I’m expecting people to say please come in at your earliest convenience and let’s see what’s going on with your skin. I was completely turned off at that point canceled my post operative scheduled appointment which would’ve been the following week. Make an appointment with my primary care physician come to find out I did have a skin infection and I was granted other medication from my primary care physician.
Am I thrilled with my final results NO! should I have went somewhere else? Absolutely!!! especially for a place that uses no anesthesiologist. I probably could’ve gotten better results and been put to sleep. My results are OK. I most likely will have to get a second opinion in the years to come to see if I can get items fixed on my body that I felt weren’t taking care of the first time. I would advise anybody that’s considering doing any sort of cosmetic procedure go to a plastic surgeon that can put you under anesthesia. I would definitely tell people avoid Sonobello at all cost.”

“First I want to stay I was to totally freaking out over a week about all the negative reviews I read about how painful the procedure would be, Kelly the consultant from the Hackensack office was so responsive and empathic, she answered alll of my questions even on the weekends.
Well procedure was done yesterday! The staff at the Westchester office was also great. Friendly, kind and delivered exceptional customer service. Shoutout to Alice, Kathy, Rika, the front desk ladies and the office manager who helped manage a stressful and big problem before my surgery. And Samoan my nurse was pleasant and helpful.
Lastly, I want to thank Dr Berger who was absolute incredible. I was terrified of the pain I would experience. Dr Berger answered all my questions and assureed me that as long as I allowed myself to relax from the concoction of pills they gave me I would feel little to no pain during the numbing process and surgery.
Well as promised he delivered. The numbing process was slightly painful (my tolerance is low!. But ultimately the process for me was painless. In fact they said I fell asleep during the procedure and was snoring lol.
Look if you are looking to get this procedure don't be afraid like I was and book with DR Berger. Thank you Dr Berger and Team!”

“The experience was great from beginning to end. From consultation to the day of surgery and after. On my pre-op visit to meet with the surgeon I left feeling confident I was in good hands and in the right place ( I had a consultation with another plastic surgeon in a different clinic/company and the experience was not the best) .
That same day of my pre-op by the time I got home my prescription were waiting for me at my local pharmacy, they also scheduled my follow-up appointment. I was set for surgery day. I had surgery Nov 16. Nurse Cathy was great, my surgeon DR. Al-Husaini what a great lady, her Assistant Sylvia was great as well. They were all very caring and kind.
They all made me feel very comfortable. I was a little nervous and afraid I was going to feel the pain since I was going to be awake. My procedure was done with local anesthesia, I didn't feel a thing, in fact I slept through the whole thing. If I have any advice is to ask them to play music that calms you down, that really help me relax and to fall asleep.
it's been a few days since my surgery, and I feel great! I'm not even drinking pain medicine. I'm walking, eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom with no problem. My incisions look great, no issues at all. The Team at Sono Bello has follow-up with me a few times to make sure everything is ok. I have my follow-up appointment next week. I can't wait. “The staff was so nice here . The front desk and everyone else I had to contact was super helpful. HOWEVER, my one star is for the work that was done. I got my surgery in 2020 . I paid for love handles and back rolls . My back rolls never left. Never got better. Looked the exact same. The love handles were gone but my “hip” area is pointy like an corner of a shelf. Mind you these are not my hips but now look like it because of the surgery. It made me so depressed and insecure that I gained a few extra pounds which made me even more depressed. I called to tell them I didn’t like the work that was done and the wonderful young lady on the phone told me they would’ve fix it within a year if I weigh the same weight which was impossible because I gained 6 pounds . So they didn’t fix or help or do anything. Just a waste of money and botched body. I am so disappointed”

“I have to say everyone in the Westchester location is extremely professional and pleasant. I had my procedure (TriSculpt E/X) and I continually go in for Venus treatments. I didn't know what to expect when I got my first treatment boy was I surprised. It is a bit bothersome (it's been 6 weeks since my procedure) but left me feeling great hours later. I purchased a package of Venus treatments and I am glad I did.
I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants treat yourself to something special like this.”

“Fabulous experience! Everyone at this location is awesome! Seriously! Rachel explained everything to me and helped me choose the best package for me. The ladies at the front desk patiently helped me with paperwork, answering all my questions etc... The nurses - all of them great! Especially Kathy and Tatiana. The procedure itself was a little painful, but then again I had 4 areas done + E/X. Dr.Wallach did an excellent job, well at least I hope... I still need to fully heal to see the final result.
Recovery: 1st day - a lot of pain everywhere. A lot...
2nd day - better, much easier to move. 3rd day - feeling fine, a few Tylenols did the trick.
4th day - feeling great, driving, shopping (just groceries though... boring, right?)
5th day back to work.
Today was my one week follow up. All looks good!
Choose this location guys, you will not be disappointed!”

“My consultant was Rachel Hinman (RH) in Harrison, NY office. Seemed nice at first, BUT! If you don't sign up (=pay) for whatever procedure you want at the 1st consultation, forget about it!!!! And pricing???? What you get from "online reps" like each area starting $1395 - forget it! RH haven't even heard about it (as she said). My "starting point" per area was $1945. But OK, maybe I am too BIG at 168 lbs so extra applies.
I wanted to think and did not agree to anything "right there and then", sent a follow up e-mail with questions, got a reply from RH that it's better to "talk on the phone". Big RED flag when people don't like to put anything in writing. RH didn't call me when agreed multiple times, when she finally did I was driving. I asked if I can call back in a few minutes, but RH said she will call back "later". That was like two+ weeks ago. Still waiting for this "call back" hahaha!!!

“I am 4 days post op. I had inner/outer thighs, upper arms, upper/lower abs and waist done. The total experience was positive. The staff was kind. My nurse Rachel was gentle and Dr. Al-Husaini was wonderful. She is honest and doesn't let you think everything will be perfect post surgery but answers all your questions. Dr Al-Husaini even called at 10pm that night to be sure I was ok, moving around and taking my meds. The procedure was very tolerable as I was in a "twilight" for the whole time. After getting home I had burning in my abdominal area when I stood for the first 6 hours. Since then, it is just soreness when getting up and down - again tolerable. I'm hoping to see nice results in the months to come.”

I am excited to see how I will look in three months! The nurses in the Westchester location are excellent! “I had my firs surgery at sono bello nd it made my confidence plummet. My inner thighs looked like pretzels and my hips were uneven. I had revision but once the swelling went down the asymmetry was worst. I only wear loose fitting pants and skirts. My surgeon was Dr Rosenberg. I also have nerve damage and pain at suction site. I require fat grafting now to fix the dents but sonobello refuses a refund.”

When I raised my concerns, I was told the doctor who performed my surgery is no longer at this location. I need to go to Manhattan to see the doctor. I requested a revision to fix the lumps and unevenness. I was denied. I was so much more beautiful before the surgery. I’m now living with regrets and $13500 worth of debt. I recommend daily walks and exercises. Save your money. This place is totally not worth it. They only care about getting your money. After that, they’ll treat you like garbage and make you feel inadequate and play on your insecurities.”

“I just have my procedure yesterday and was up and at 6AM feeling really good. Dr. Al-Husaini and her team are amazing caring and I could not wish for a better surgical group!
Raquel put in my IV ( they do this just as a precautionary measure. She was quick and it was painless. She stayed with me and calmed me down before I went in for the procedure ( I was so so nervous). She joked and we got me laughing.By the time I went in, I knew I was in great hands with all of them!
Rachel is the physician assistant and was in the OR the entire time. When I got scared she held my hand and spoke softly, reassuring me and calming me down. She let me know everything was going great. Thank you Rachel : )
What can I say about Dr. Al-Husaini? She is a miracle worker! She spoke with me throughout the procedure as well, letting me know what she was doing when I asked and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Her methodology is to clean you up and then stitch you up. What that means is I have had very little drainage. YAY!
I had the TriSculpt E/X. Thought I would be in bed a week ( I do not do pain well at all!) Less that 24 hours later I am at my computer working from home with no pain meds!!!!!

“I came in for a free appointment and had a great conversation with Tova. Not only was she very friendly she was honest. I was very nervous when she called me out of waiting room but she quickly made me feel comfortable with her warmth and honesty. She said it was important to gain education on bodysculpt from this appointment and that everyone has different outcomes. It is important for me to understand my tolerance to pain and what I expected to get out of my areas of bodysculpt so I could have a nice experience while healing. I did not move forward yet due to saving more money but they do offer credit loans. “I had work done on my thighs, abdomen and knees. The first surgeon asked if he could split the procedures into two sessions. I agreed . I developed a terrible migraine during the procedure and had to get my husband bring me medication. During the second procedure I took medication prior to the procedure. After each procedure I wore the necessary elastic garment for several weeks as directed. The results were not good and again they agreed to repair and fix the work, this time with a different surgeon. Again several weeks later I came for the post surgical check up and they offered a third doctor to review the work. He claimed that there was nothing more they can do but will inform me soon. He claimed my skin was not good and I would need a thigh lift. I called back a couple of times after that visit since no one got back to me. Finally someone called and told me there was nothing they are going to do in a very dismissive tone.
Be careful when you get work done with them. They are not always responsible nor responsive to your needs and rights.”

“So I went in on May 11th for liposuction on my love handles and the banana roll on my left side. There's a modicum of difference for the love handles the banana roll is the same. My main problem with Sono Bello in Harrison is that you go in with one and security and you come out with another. I was asked by the receptionist when signing a pregnancy waiver if I even still got my period. I'm 41. There was a rushed "you'll be fine blow off" attitude by the nurse I saw for My one week check in. My doctor was good and the consultant I spoke to was good; it's just the overall office staff that's immature and insensitive. I have follow up appointments in the future, I'm skipping them.”

I also feel like they were very realistic about explaining expectations and variations in different people's responses to the procedure. I am still healing but have been very happy with my procedure and the results. The only thing I would say for those living in the city and commuting by train is to be aware of how heavy the initial garment is and it is extremely hot in August waiting on the platform while wearing it. Had I know I might have waited a month or two. Otherwise much less painful than what I have heard about "lypo".”

I have been wanting to so Lipo for sometime now. I recently had to undergo a Hysterectomy and now i am ready for this procedure. “I forgot to add these two photos from the day after. That morning all my garments were full of pink liquid. Even my socks! That evening I took a long shower, it made me feel so good. Since I took everything off, I took the chance to wash the main garment that I have to use everyday, which I only have one. The white one you see in the picture, they said to stop wearing it the day after. I also, received a call as a follow up and went over all the information they gave me when i was there which was very helpful.
I am now only taking Ibuprofen for discomfort which is very little. I still have a lot of bruising and the incisions look like they are healing good so far. So more pick stuff coming out (thank god)... but I won't stop using the pads because I don't want to have the garment I have on rubbing on the incisions. I'm moving around pretty good, again i am pretty sore. So if anyone is planning on doing this and it's multiple areas, you will need to take at least 5 days off of work to feel comfortable enough to bend and sit long hours etc.. I will update after a week. Hope this helps.”

Every week since I've seen a big difference in my body shape,my waist has gone from a 40+ to a 32 and I've lost 17 lbs. I can look in the mirror with a smile on my face and have received many compliments. Not bad for a mother of 3. “I had a great experience with Sono Bello Body Contour Center since the first phone call to the present. Everyone is wiling to address your concerns in a timely manner. This is the first time that I have seen a place that strive to provide excellent care. Physician, Nurse and the rest of the Staff are available to answer any concerns at any time. Since the first moment you walk in, they treat you like family and they make you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Another important thing that I have to point out is that the place is super nice and clean and it is located and a very nice area as well. I had laser liposuction done a week ago with Dr. Al-Husaini and let me tell you that it has been phenomenal; she is great, honest in terms of what to expect from the procedure.
Jackie is the Nurse, and she is wonderful and very patient friendly. She answers any concerns and will let you know step by step what to do for your pre and post- op. Love her.

“I had an awesome experience with Sono Bello (Westchester Office). The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I had my initial consultation with Stella who was awesome to talk to. I know its hard for men to come to a body contouring specialist and have them examine their "problem areas", but I tell you it's just as common for men to have these types of procedures as it is for women. I have had two procedures done at this location. I'll try to give you a step by step of the process. I struggled with stubborn fat for most of my life. I have gone through all the typical weight loss regimen's, some more successful than others but I hated the muffin top and my chest and even my face. I went into for an initial consult where Stella examined the areas I wanted to get rid of and she then proceeded to tell me what my options were. There was never any pressure to have any procedure that I didn't want. I have never had any type of surgery before aside from a root canal so I was super excited but at the same time very reluctant once the day came to have surgery. Even though you're given a cocktail of medicine to relax you during the procedure (yes you are awake) The staff and the surgeons were so comforting. For my first procedure I had my chest, upper/lower abdomen and flanks done. The procedure took about 3 hours and I think going to the dentist is more painful to be honest. The most I felt was a pinch from the first needles to create the small incisions. I had 7 incisions total, two just under my belly on either side of my navel and one on each side just below my hips, one at the top of my navel and one under each breast. After I was numb, Dr. Wallach then proceeded to fill the areas with tumescent fluid which also provides anesthesia, decreased swelling, bleeding, bruising, and improves post-op recovery. I had to wear a compression garment for 3 months, technically you should wear for the entire length of the recovery but I did consistently for 3 months and then only when i went to bed. I am currently 4 months post op from that procedure. The second procedure was my chin & jowls, just a few weeks ago. That procedure I didn't feel a thing, and the incision was done just under the base of my chin which I can't even see it. The scars btw on my first procedure are fading, so yes they do go away. Anyway, If you have any doubts about having the procedure done... don't be scared to ask as many questions as you can. The staff and doctors are there to help you put your mind at ease. The front desk (Sheba, and Kristina) are so accommodating. Everyone at the Westchester office basically became my friends. That was the awesome part. I felt that comfortable with them. The nurses were exceptional as well. They took care of me before and after the procedure. I would recommend the Sono Bello experience at the Westchester Office to anyone. The only other piece of advice I can give you is to go into this with realistic expectations. This isn't a substitute for weight loss, it's to help with those problem areas. You're not gonna go in overweight and leave Heidi Klum or The Rock, although I wish that were the case. The best way to explain this experience is that it helps to jump loss your weight loss journey. When you can be realistic about your expectations then you'll be able to see the improvements to your appearance. If you feel a revision is necessary they will work with you on that as well. Congrats on making the first step! Walking through the door is the hardest part- after that it's super easy.”

“Dr. Rosenberg performed my laser lipo on upper, lower abs and waist. Also my outer, lower back and banana roll. Both procedures on two different occasions. The 1st procedure was at ease. No pain during with 2 days downtime. I was driving in two days and NO BRUISING. The 2nd procedure was a little painful, the scale 2 (for less pain) with 5 days downtime with little bruising. However, I'm loving my results thus far and it's only 1 month for the 1st procedure and 2 weeks for the 2nd. People are already seeing the results and I can't wait to see the final results. “I am extremely happy with the results I am seeing since my procedure on April 10th. My clothes fit so much better, and I'm loving how I look in my clothes. In fact, I think I have to update my wardrobe, as my clothes are getting a little big now. My experience with the Sono Bello team from consultation to post procedure was truly wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel at ease. The office is warm and inviting and impeccably clean. Everything was explained in great detail, and what I was told to expect was exactly how it happened. The day after, I wasn't in any pain, just felt sore, mostly when I walked around. I was back at work four days later.

“My experience with SonoBello was wonderful from the point of my consultation with Jenna to my lipo procedure. The staff was very friendly and all the information that was provided was on point. I experienced minimal leakage and soreness after the procedure. I was hesitant about staying awake for the procedure, but everything the doctor and nurse said I would experience was correct. I felt NO PAIN, just a few uncomfortable SECONDS SIMILAR to a small sting, similar to having an injection. “I had a great experience here. I am writing this only one week after my procedure, so I will have to do a second review for my final results but I am happy so far. I had the laser assisted lipo on my abdomen and love handle area. I consider myself in pretty good shape and I do exercise and eat right, but I just could never see the definition in my abdomen no matter what I did and I always had love handles even in my best shape. Everyone is swollen after this procedure so I didn't expect to see any difference at all for a few weeks but two days afterwards I compared pictures and I already saw a nice difference in the area.
The consultant, Jenna, was very much on target with what I would experience through pre-op, the surgery itself, and post-op. Surgical staff was also very friendly. The nurses that assisted throughout my procedure were Tiffany and Kelly, you could tell right away they really care about their patients and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. The facility is very clean, neat, and organized. Dr. Wallach performed my procedure, he is very skilled and professional and has good bedside manner.
I would highly recommend Sono Bello to anyone looking to feel better about themselves and get rid of stubborn areas of fat once and for all. It was a great experience overall and it is always rewarding to be greeted with a great big smile every time i enter the office.”
