“I thought the office was nice and the staff was friendly. The procedure itself I would not recommend to any friend. It was described to me as being "comfortable" and it was NOT. As the surgeon was cutting me all over she said - I bet you wish you weren't awake for this- it was excruciating 10/10 pain. The nurses just stood in the corner and offered no comfort to me whatsoever. When it was finished they sat me up took my vitals and pushed me out the door. There was no recovery process at all. The following days were extremely difficult especially remembering the procedure- it felt like I had been assaulted. I believe this should be done under anesthesia ,and if I ever do it again it will be! I am a Registered Nurse by the way , and I am usually a very optimistic person but this was just awful.”

“I had seen commercials about Sono Bello and I always thought I want to do that one day when I can, so that time came and I completed the online process and sent it in. I had someone call me back and went through the whole interview process what to expect everything just everything to do with the procedure then for one reason or the other it took a couple months then I was ready, I was contacted by Melody Sonnenberg, she is simply the best representative to a business that I have ever come across in my personal and professional career, she is easy to talk, very thorough always checking in on me. I asked to be on a cancellation list, I was a 3 hour drive away from the procedure office and Melody called me that very same day that I confirmed I wanted the procedure done and asked me if I could be there that same day, ended up the next day I had my pre-operative appointment and then in two days I was back for my procedure the nurses the doctors are all very caring very thorough in helping me to prepare for that day it is very nerve-racking not knowing about the procedure or how it feels what’s going to happen after, but I can tell you at this point I am 10 days postop and everything that I am experiencing is normal I have a second procedure coming up and can’t wait to get it done and see the results!”
